SCORE Test Scoring

We have followed the suggestions for uploading a SCORM - QUIZ - but do not see the Score getting tracked in Docebo - the reporting shows a score of 0. .  Does anyone have any suggestions or have you run into the same problems?

@jomarcum tough question without seeing the actual content...did you export to SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 3rd Edition? Those are the only formats supported…

@lrnlab  yes we exported the SCORM file as a 2004 3rd edition. but Docebo is still showing a Score of 0

@jomarcum I would suggest you review the authored content settings to make sure you set it up as a test that scores...perhaps you missed something there? If your content tracks in SCORM Cloud ( a test site) there may be an issue you’ll need to contact support about...It is quite odd though.
