hello! I am finalizing a course that includes scorm files and videos. the last scorm is actually a quiz and I set it up with 3 allowed attempts. I did set it up on both scorm and Docebo, however it does not seem to prevent taking a 4th attempt.
any suggestion on what I could have missed or done wrong?

A few years ago I had a similar issue, and at least in Captivate I don’t think it counts as an attempt isn’t what I initially thought of as an attempt.
I am struggling to remember exactly what the answer was, but I think it might have been counting attempts as only being counted once the user had passed the assessment the first time.
If you were able to build the assessment in Docebo instead of a SCORM then it has settings to allow a maximum number of attempts.
