@ChristinaC Where is the setting for the one time only? In Docebo or Scorm?
I’d lay my bet that its a user error. Can you provide more instruction on how to avoid getting locked out, such as “you have to complete this in one sitting”, “don’t click XYZ”, “Don’t do this from a cell phone” , etc.
@ChristinaC - A proposal You can establish an instructor for the course. That instructor can be directed to support course resets.
@KMallette I believe is going the right direction - in some cases you can lock down the SCO and support infinite views. If you lock down the SCO? I believe you can then reset on opening the SCO again. A bit of a PIA for the learner - but it may fit.
We ran into a situation where we broke up learning into two LOs (content vs quiz) as when people when to look at it again? The views setting locked it down. So we set the first LO to infinite and then the quiz LO to have only a single view. It is on the group that requested the course as a PU to go in and do course resets.
@KMallette There is another SCORM LO before the test that gives instructions, including saying don’t click till you’re ready, you can only view it once etc.
@dklinger thank you for your thoughts, that’s helpful.
I wondered whether there was anything in the auto-play settings that was making the course advance automatically when the instructions LO is complete, but I’m pretty sure I’ve disabled anything like that.
If it is user error (which I do suspect, I just want to be sure I’m not missing anything!) I’d be interested to hear from others whether your learners also need the locked LO resetting often despite instructions on how to avoid it.

Yes… despite instructions, I frequently have to step in as an admin .
