Hi

We’d like to send out a follow up test that is course material for an ILT based course and must be passed for the course to be completed. The only notification that makes sense is the “User has passed ILT session” but this doesn’t allow anything other than “at the time of the event” as an option, which isn’t what we want. We don’t want to add the test as a separate course as it then complicates reporting.

Has anyone managed to do this in some creative way?

Due to Docebo’s many limitations on ILTs and notifications, I am pretty sure it’s not possible within the same course, but I’ll ask the question, just in case!

Thanks

Richard

If you place the quiz in a new course, you can use the enrolment rules to automatically assign the quiz course Ince they have passed/attended the ILT course, With that you can use the notification, User enrolled in a course, to let them know they have been assigned, etc.

Hi! Do you have any more information on how you did this with enrollment rules? Struggling to replicate it at the moment but I think this is the workflow we were looking for.

You would need to start by creating a group that gathers the users who completed (attended) the ILT course. The you can use that Group to create an Enrolment rule that will assign the course with the quiz automatically. Next create a notification to alert the user they have been enrolled in the course with the quiz. Does that help?
