We’re having an issue (reported to Docebo) that we can’t send some html emails from the course to enrolled users. We can send simple ones but the more complicated ones won’t go and it says internal server error. These emails will send in notifications and the newsletter. So does anyone know any reason why they won’t send from the course? The Docebo support team have replicated the error with our emails but also at the moment don’t know why they aren’t working.

Are your DKIM and SPF records up to date and validated? We have seen many such issue lately. One where the admin could create a new notification using the usual “send from” address until we added the SPF & DKIM record for that domain.


Thanks @lrnlab I’ve checked them out as we had a problem a while ago with one of the new updates. The same emails sent from notifications, or newsletters, with the same sender addresses are not working when I try to send them from the course.
