Hello,
We include a survey at the end of all our courses/sessions, and we make it the end object marker. If the survey is not completed, the course is not marked as complete.
We want to send a survey completion reminder to users who have not completed the survey.
I created a reminder using the “Learner has not completed a course.” notification, but that also sends the reminder to users who are enrolled in an upcoming course.
Is there a way to send a notification after the event to users who are not marked complete at the session level? I do not see that as an option in notifications.
