Hi all,
If a client doesn’t have a code for their branches (they use cost centre code to their employees) in their HRMS, can we still do CSV Automation into Docebo without these values, including no branch code path and branch name path?
If not doable, do you have a suggestions on how we can rectify this?

There is an option to set a default destination branch but that would place all your imported users into the same branch. Otherwise you may need a data transformation step done before you import the data if you need them placed in their respective branches.
