  • Skills Management: our learners are able to see skills that are unpublished and additional skills that do not appear on our skills management

We have set up our own company aligned skills in our platform and have unpublished the Docebo skills and all other skills that we want to hide for our learners. We have also turned off AI skills suggestions. 

While skills seems to be working properly for our admin accounts, our learners are able to see skills that are unpublished and additional skills that do not appear on our skills management at all (for example “Ajax” in the picture below).

 

We are hoping someone can help us solve what is going on? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Admin view: (what we want to see- only our company skills)

 

Not sure if this could be the issue...have you checked the visibility rules for the collections you are not using? Maybe set those to branch with no users or just some test users to see if that fixes it.
