Hi everyone,

I often receive roster information long after the event has happened. When I enroll people into the session/event, Docebo sends out an email with a calendar invite. This creates confusion since the calendar invite is for something held in the past. 

Is there a way to suppress this from going out on an ad hoc basis? Thanks!

Hi, I switched off the notification before enrollment and then switched it back on after completing it. This requires an additional effort of communicating with the team who might be enrolling learners at the same time and would like their learners to receive the notification.

Perhaps there should be an option in the Enrollment feature of the course to indicate whether or not a notification is required.


Thanks @mshaik. I don’t see any notifications set up for that on our end. Perhaps I’m overlooking it in our list of notifications (or is it somewhere else in on the Admin side). 

I agree there should be more flexibility with notifications in general, including disabling for one-off enrollments, organizing them by group or team, etc.
