Use Case: Attempting to use a local survey for multiple cohorts and would like each group to select the start date of their training session using a calendar drop-down.
Question: Has anyone figured out how to add a calendar drop-down or date field as a question response in a survey?
Only as text or you can build 3 drop downs; 1 for the day number, 1 for the month and the last for the year...
sadly no, and you cannot add them in a single row either...
