System lag is making a frustrating experience for our users

We have groups set up and we’re experiencing some serious lag and possibly a few bugs and computer gremlins. Although it appears that tech support at Docebo helped scare some of them away. 

 

Does anyone have any tips to improve the speed of which docebo operates? 

  • In our use case, we add the user to a group (Accepted) then the user purchases a learning plan.
  • Once they purchase their learning plan they move to (Enrolled). 
    • In this Enrolled group they complete their two intro courses. 
    • We have it set up this way to deal with the notifications and to not annoy a user who has signed up for an in-person option 6 months in advance. 
  • Once they complete their initial learning path they’re moved to (Student) where the remaining learning plan is added to their account. 
  • Once they complete their remaining coursework they are moved to (Alumni)

The challenge is there is a lag every time the complete the criteria for the new group. And in a couple of cases, I had to delete and re-add the criteria to get it to work again. And of course every time we call in tech support the issue seems to resolve itself and we look silly, which is a bit annoying for us. 

 

Does anyone have tips for how we can smooth our group operations? Or guide our users? Does anyone see similar challenges with groups?
