Is there a way to provide users with a certificate when they complete a Test? Or some kind of document? thanks for your experience.

As long as the assessment is in a course? The answer is yes. By attribute of them completing the course, they can be issued a certificate.

yup, nothing at the test object level, only course and LP certificates.
