Good afternoon everyone.
On August 22, we recorded a change in how the display name is being sent along from our platform when we use the Notification app. We checked with our IT folk and confirmed that their was no adjustment on their end. I know I should put in a ticket - but I wanted to check in with the community.
It is not a huge story, but for folks that are sensitive and careful with email, they would suggest that it looks “spoof-y”. This is true across all of our notifications….
