Training Subscriptions Transactions

Currently we have an integration from SFDC to Docebo to create a training subscription. This process creates a branch and transaction with the term start/end date. It also allocates the number of seats sold as managed seats.

The system allows user to consume their training courses even after the subscription term has expired.  Does anybody have a solution since Support doesn’t have one for us and we are out of compliance. This is also triggering an operational expense on our end when users consume training after expiration.
