We are looking to create a sense of community for our live programs in Docebo. Wondering how we would best go about setting up a directory of users to look through of other attendees to a program. Has anyone set up a page or course that serves for live in person programming and have this as a option for users?

Hmm. Only couple of thoughts here, none great. Thinking that maybe the upcoming community features might help with this.

  • There is the collaboration tool on each event you could use to point somewhere that has this information, or better yet a forum/chat of these folks. Getting the thing your pointed to setup would be a non-native thing most likely.
  • You could use the forum widget, but folks would basically need to post to make themselves known. I also think it applies to the course level, so would not distinguish between sessions unless you made a new thread per session for people to use.
  • If you used non-platform notifications for enrollments into the sessions (google calendar or Outlook), you could include all the users enrolled as invitees for them to see.
