How do you monitor/handle/clean up users who are not enrolled in a session? If the user is not enrolled in a session, they do not receive notifications set up for the session. It is a bit unreasonable to have a staff member manually monitor this and enroll the user into the session. This is also not possible if there are multiple sessions since we do not know which one the user intended to enroll into. Just curious on how you all manage this process!
