VILT Minimum Enrollment

Hi @Colleen Rafter I do not believe this field triggers any actions except to show what your minimum number of users required to hold the session is...This is sometimes needed when you have courses that are built in such as way as to require a certain number of participants in order to be effective (ex: work in teams, groups discussions, etc.)...as far as i know there is no way to cancel a session/event...the only option available is to “delete’ them. There is an accompanying notification for deleted ILT sessions so you could customize the text there to alert users of a cancelled session due to low enrollment
