Hi all!  

Hoping someone can help, here’s what we’re trying to achieve, but we can’t seem to find the right way to go about it.

 

  1.  All ILT sessions to have a waiting list on, so that when it gets to the required number, we can then schedule a session to reduce costs/improve attendance rates.  
    • We can only seem to add a max enrollment rather than a minimum
  1. When an employee chooses to go on the waiting list, we want a notification to go to them to confirm (so we can do some appropriate comms)
  2. When the waiting list is reached, L&D team wants to be notified to confirm a min wait list is at the bookable level.

Is any of this acheiveable?

@cchadford1 we tried to do this but to my knowledge we couldn’t find an appropriate notification. There is a thread in the community on this you might be interested in:
