Hi,

I am really confused between the difference of learning plan and catalog.

I want to start a self-enrollment course in my organization and display it on there homepage, in that case what should i choose?

A Learning Plan is a collection of courses. When a user is enrolled in a LP they are enrolled in those courses. You can then report on the percentage complete of the LP as well as the courses.

Catalogs are a collection of courses and / or LPs. Catalogs are used to control visibility.

If a user does not have visibility to the Catalog, they cannot access the courses.
