Where is the Notifications Events and Details downloadable document???

Is the Notification Events and Details document no longer available for download?  We have to come to the help site to see it each time?  

I have a version downloaded from 2 years ago that I downloaded and moved to excel to keep track of which events were used and the verbiage in the body of the email so that it was a collaborative working document.

Please tell me that I am just missing an updated downloadable document!!
