Hi everyone!

In our environment, we have created specific catalogs to house our courses, a large portion of which come from the Content Marketplace. However, we don’t plan on offering access to the full catalog of courses. Instead, we plan on discussing course requests with requestors before importing them into our environment. One way I thought we could streamline this is through some sort of form inside our environment.

Has anyone tried to do something similar? If yes, how did you set it up?

We are interested in the same thing. We are interested in feedback from our users on what we offer/create. I’ve tested various methods. Creating a “survey course” to  capture data. Embedding MS forms, HTML forms. Nothing I’ve tried so far has met our needs. 


MS Forms look nice and work well in an iFrame widget on pages.   I have made use of that and has been successful.  In addition to using the forms, using the Power Automate app in Teams, we were able to get an email notification to our team inbox every time someone filled out the form so that we can address responses quickly.
