If you want to track the content as completed regardless of whether the users pass/fail a test inside your course package would require you to make those changes in your course package...Since Docebo has no concept of tracking a “fail” it would leave the users “in progress” so if you change your package to remove the pass/fail trigger and just have it track as completed, say after the user completes the test (regardless of the score), you can achieve what  you need.

thank you! since we want the score as well, i will have to look for a workaround i guess. 

you could probably still track the score if you change your pass grade to zero...this way no one fails.
