Hi there

 

I wanted to ask if there is a way in eCommerce in making the various text fields in the payment and billing information mandatory.

 

At the moment, only certain field seem to be marked with an * but the one we want (email) currently isn’t.

Does anyone know where/how to change the information requested on the billing and information stage of eCommerce?

Hi @jbirri the email should be filled in from the user profile but is not required. I checked around some settings and don’t believe there is any option to make that field mandatory...perhaps you should ask Docebo about this.
