We all possess the ability to learn, which means we all have the potential to lead: Introducing Leaders in Learning

What is Leaders in Learning?

Leaders in Learning is a video interview series that explores the business of learning and the best practices that enable organizations to unlock the limitless power of learning. It features some of the industry’s most innovative and influential people, discussing what matters most in the business of learning.

TLDR; Leaders in Learning explores the business of learning: trends, challenges, best practices, hot takes—and everything in between. All things learning are up for discussion.

What will the discussions cover?

We’ll sit down with guests from a wide variety of industries and fields. We'll dive deep into the world of learning and discover the qualities that define exceptional leaders. Through our guests’ collective stories we'll uncover common themes, diverse perspectives, and best practices. And, over time, we’ll piece together the bigger picture of what it means to be a leader in learning.

Who is this for?

Leaders in Learning is for EVERYONE! Of course, it’s especially relevant and helpful for L&D professionals, but it won’t be all business—we’ll get personal too. Guests will also draw from their personal experiences (like parenting, coaching, and how they got started in their field). So, whether you're seeking insights on the latest learning and technology trends, looking to elevate learning in your organization, want to develop personally, or are simply curious—Leaders in Learning is for you!

What’s the frequency?

Episodes (as well as editions of the newsletter) will be released monthly.

Who are we interviewing?

So far, we’ve interviewed Josh Bersin (yes, THAT Josh Bersin, featured in Episode 1), Jason Weeman (Leadership Development Consultant, LinkedIn) and Taggart McCurdy (Director, User Success, Databricks). We’re sourcing guests across industries and across the globe! So there are plenty more big names to come!

Where does it live/where can people find it?

The main vehicle for distributing Leaders in Learning will be our LinkedIn newsletter (with the same name). Content, including the full-length interview as well as shorter cuts, will also be available on our website (at docebo.com/leaders-in-learning).

Head on over and subscribe to Leaders in Learning for the big picture.

We hope you’ll join us and become part of the collective voice that inspires leaders and explores learning.
