Do any other system admins on here find Docebo Support exceptionally poor when it comes to assistance with Salesforce integration?

The bureaucratic ticket intake and resolution process makes it worse because every time you have to go to Tier 1, wait, then go to Tier 2, wait. SLAs are fulfilled by reps responding to the messages but not by finding solutions. It’s said we can get better support but we have to pay extra.
