Hello Docebo Community :blue_heart:

We’re halfway through :maple_leaf: October :fallen_leaf: which means it’s time for our monthly community check-in. Each month, these check-ins round up what’s been going on inside the community as well as important information you need to know. We hope you’ll take a moment to read through this month’s check-in as it’s packed with helpful information, resources and reminders!

 :busts_in_silhouette: Members

We are ecstatic to see the constant growth :bar_chart: of this community each week. In the last month, we had :one::six::zero:new members join which brings our total member count to over 1260. It’s only been five months since we launched and we are thrilled with the response from all of you. Thank you for continuing to be an active member of this community, it wouldn’t be what it is without you!

 🏆  Leveling up

Our weekly leaderboard has been fun to watch these past few weeks. Here’s the latest :checkered_flag: update:

✅ Questions & Answers

In the past 30 days, we’ve seen 77 questions asked and 21 have a Best Answer, that’s 27% (same as the previous month). In the last check-in, we had less than 200 questions that did not have a Best Answer (BA) selected and I challenged the community to go back to their questions and mark one of the replies as the BA but, unfortunately, the number slightly increased to just over 200.

As a reminder, if someone shares a reply and it answers your question, be sure to mark that answer as best.

Why? Here are a few of reasons:

  • Marking a reply as the BA makes it significantly easier for others to find the answer in the future as it pulls the answer to the top, directly under the question :heavy_check_mark:
  • Recognition for the member whose reply was marked as BA :nerd:
  • For any member that has one of their replies marked as BA for the very first time, it instantly propels them into the Helper rank :handshake:

We want to ensure that questions have a BA, so, I have a new challenge this month! Let’s work together to get our monthly percentage of BA’s from 27% to 50%. I know we can do this. As a start, for those of you who have asked a question, take a minute to go back to ensure one of the replies is marked as the BA. I’m looking forward to seeing this percentage increase in the next check-in. Are you with me!? :lifter:

If there are multiple replies that could be the Best Answer, that’s ok. Pick the one that you found the most helpful so it brings it to the :top: of the post.

💬  Help others

This community has done a really great job of replying to questions and conversations but there are still a few out there waiting for their first response. Please take a look :mag_right: and leave a reply!

:clapper: Inspire 2021

At the beginning of October, we held our first-ever virtual end user conference and it was a BLAST. :rocket:

Many resources were shared in multiple sessions throughout the event so we thought we’d give you some of these resources, whether you were able to attend or not (see attachment below  ).

To everyone that took the time to attend this incredible learning event, thank you! As we are constantly looking for ways to improve your experience, we’d appreciate your feedback :incoming_envelope: on this event. Please take a couple of minutes to complete our feedback survey.

:loudspeaker: ICYMI

Here are some important announcements we’ve made, including the launch of our new Known Issues discussion category and the approval of a new group, :satellite_orbital: Starship Extended Enterprise (coming soon!).

 📅 Upcoming Events

We hope to see you at our upcoming events this month. Let us know if you plan to attend and be sure to register :desktop:  to save your spot!
