We’re updating our branding which includes all SCORMS. Because we have programs currently running, I need to keep the old Courses around for a few months as I create new Courses to house the new SCORMS.

I’m revising the way I name the new course CODES (makes it easier to find when creating Learning Paths) and I want to know if I’m asking for trouble if I put the ] marks into the CODES. For example:

dV] CIHW 001 Introduction
tV] CIHW 002 How to Thrive on a Hybrid Team
tV] CIHW 003 Building Strong Hybrid Relationships

I was told that when I first started with Docebo that when I create new folders and groups to keep clear of special characters in the names.

Is this true for CODES as well? I have a lot of creating/naming to do and want to ensure I’m not creating more work for myself. I want to keep the square brackets as we have multiple categories other than V, and it makes it so much easier on the eyes.

@Nicole We have hyphens in all our course/LP codes and have never had an issue, I have heard that other characters may not show up properly in reports.
