A client asked for an option to set up task reminders within the LMS, not necessarily course related. The ability to freely type a task, and set a reminder to be notified of this task via the bell notification and client’s email.
The Help Desk confirmed there wasn’t anything available like this. How do I get this idea put on the radar?

+6I’m curious as to the advantage of recording this type of task freeform into the LMS over any other task reminder system even such as Outlook, and then it is literally in their inbox?
Is it to track the tasks? I would wonder the value since it is open ended at that point.
Would you want categories of things to pick from which select the tracking?
