Hello,

I have a staff member who is uploading a SCORM file created from Articulate. Within the training there is an embedded video. The video, play button, volume buttons, popout button works but the FULL SCREEN button does not work. Is there something I’m missing? Seems this is an IFRAME video and maybe Docebo doesn’t allow for the full screen option ?

Whenever I have SCORM files that aren’t working as expected, my first stop is scorm.com. What happens to the course when you have it loaded into Scorm Cloud? This helps you understand if the Articulate course is mis-configured (somehow), or if there is an “argument” between Scorm and Learn.

You can also try the options for the View Mode (Course Management > course > Training Materials > Scorm or use the hamburger menu > Edit for files that are already uploaded.

 


@B0LT - hiya - the answer is likely because you need to change the view mode to best compatibility.
