Whenever I have SCORM files that aren’t working as expected, my first stop is scorm.com. What happens to the course when you have it loaded into Scorm Cloud? This helps you understand if the Articulate course is mis-configured (somehow), or if there is an “argument” between Scorm and Learn.
You can also try the options for the View Mode (Course Management > course > Training Materials > Scorm or use the hamburger menu > Edit for files that are already uploaded.
@B0LT - hiya - the answer is likely because you need to change the view mode to best compatibility.
