Does anyone know how I could force a user to retake a course or re-do training material when it is part of a learning plan or a different course? For example, I have a course that is part of a learning plan, and a user completed that course, but then enrolled in the learning plan. I want them to be required to re-do that course as part of the learning plan.

Hi
While you could manually reset or archive their progress, doing this by hand (or even via CSV import) will quickly become a bottleneck for your implementation team as you scale.
Since this transition is a standard phase in your customer lifecycle, the most scalable approach is an automated integration with your CRM (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). You can set this up so that when a customer's deal stage changes to "Closed Won" or "Implementation Phase" in the CRM, it automatically triggers a webhook to Docebo (often routed through Docebo Connect).
This integration can automatically hit the Docebo API to archive the user's previous "exploration" enrollments. Archiving is the key here: it retains their historical completion data for your records, but resets their active progress to zero, meaning they are required to re-watch the videos and complete the structured Learning Plan from scratch.
In organizations I've worked with that follow a similar SaaS early-access model, we typically build this automation directly into the CRM-to-LMS handover. It keeps the data clean, enforces the curriculum order, and completely removes the manual administrative burden from the implementation team.
