We switched to the new Admin interface in the Sandbox environment, which came with a number of smaller interfact improvements across the platform. In several locations - including ILT course / Events - I am now not able to scroll down and see the whole calendar for example or get to the save button to make changes. Is this happening to anyone else? I’m in Chrome, but tried Firerfox as well. Thanks for your support, Dora

Many Client’s HR/HSE manager need to download massively all certificates (including those for external training) for:  each course or each user.Has anyone found a solution?Unfortunately, downloading individual certificates for individual users is not a solution for them. Molti referenti delle Aziende nostre clienti hanno bisogno di scaricare massivamente per singolo Corso o per singolo utente tutti gli attestati (inclusi quelli di formazione esterna). Hi all,We just upgraded to an EE license so we can offer a new program its own subdomain, look, brand, etc. apart from our existing program. My big questions:Could our existing program use the root/main platform or do we need to become a client along with the new program? Pros and cons of each scenario? Could our existing LMS configuration (look, branding, advanced settings) continue to be the default for the main/root platform (and thus for our program)? Or will we need to start from scratch along with the new program when we upgrade?I hope this makes sense to those who have gone through this. I am not sure how common it is for folks to upgrade to EE after years of building a platform. Trying to understand how much time I’ll need to dedicate.Thanks for any tips and insights you may have!

Any feedback on the Credly badge connect integration would be appreciated in relation to how a badge that is marked as “private” in Credly (meaning visibility is limited to a certain audience) is unable to pass through to the LookUp table due to it passing through the recipe (Get Badge template from Credly) is equal to false. Therefore the condition at step 11 that requires the public parameter to be true, any badge with public set to false will be removed from the lookup table. Therefore, the current behavior is expected.We do need badges in Credly to be “Private” as well as the obvious for a “Public” badge. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has a workaround? Thanks

Does anyone know if you can move the course widgets so they don’t just display at the bottom of the page? We have several added course fields and we want to leverage course description widget to display to the learner when they go to enroll. By default they show at the bottom of the page, but we would like them at the top just above where you see the available sessions. Is that possible? Documentation seems to imply it is, but no details on how.Thanks!

I am wondering if it is possible in the catalog page to have it open with the course description fully expanded as opposed to having to press the “Show More” Button?Right now it only shows like one or two sentences and is not a great visual for learners who are looking to purchase. see below gif for reference.  

Hello - I’m currently building a new library of videos - not meant to be courses but rather prompts for people to watch without the friction of having to enroll in a course to be able to watch them. We are using Coach and share for it (I believe a legacy product?), and what we are currently experiencing is that the videos uploaded as vimeo links are not showing up in channel reports - nor are showing up in Harmony searches. Has anyone experienced anything similar or found a solution for this? Thanks

In our Docebo platform, anyone who passes an exam shows as “completed” and anyone who fails an exam shows as “in progress”. Users also get 3 attempts at passing the exam. I’m looking for a report that I can set for a specific timeframe (monthly) and show every user who accessed the system during that timeframe and is either “completed” or “in progress”. Basically I want to record the pass/fail rate for our exams for the specified period.So far I have found the reporting functionality in Docebo very limited. I can set the “completed” timeframe but then “in progress” people don’t show. I can show the status of ALL users, but then I’m exporting 40,000 records to sift through to get a picture of one month. I can look at training material statistics but can only see “completed”.Can anyone tell me which type of report I should be selecting and the settings for reporting both “completed” and “in progress”?Thank you!

I am not well versed with API’s but have been learning with the help of professional services.  I was advised last week that Postman is severely limiting what the free version will be able to do vs runner jobs which require a premium subscription.  Are there other platforms, free, similar to Postman that allow for ‘runner’ jobs and bulk actions via API?

With the new multilanguage support, the way the documentation reads at times is that the Title/summary/descriptions will machine translate in platform from the default language.  When you select ‘manage translations’ and select the applicable languages, the action button even says ‘TRANSLATE’ on it.  But it seems that it only creates a page for the admin to manually paste in these components.  Am I missing something? Assuming the above is correct, and admins need to enter in the translated fields, are these able to be imported by CSV or API vs manually being pasted in?

I’ve used this article to great advantage to enroll folks via the API, but it depends on learners not currently being enrolled. Has anyone seen any similar instructions for how to use the Edit Multiple endpoint on people already enrolled?

I understand that Docebo doesn’t currently allow questions to be imported directly into a question bank, but has anyone found a way to move questions from a GIFT-imported test into a question bank?Manually adding more than 2,000 questions one by one would be extremely time-consuming. Copying a question plus four responses means 10,000+ individual copy/paste actions. My fingers hurt just thinking about it 😥I’m hoping there might be a more efficient workflow that others have discovered.Context for why I need question banks:For each area, I need multiple question sets that pull from the same pool. Hello,I’m helping my coworker set up ILTs in Docebo. The ILT is a live training to be hosted at multiple locations (Georgia, Texas, and Ohio). As we set up the sessions in Docebo, we want to enroll any learner who lives locally to the location. Our senior leadership wants us to incorporate some method of tracking enrollees’ acknowledgment of the enrollment, both for the accountability on the staff’s part that they have to attend the training, but also so we can enroll them in a webinar or makeup session as needed. Has anyone found a way to require an acknowledgment for a live training using Docebo that doesn’t involve building another course and using a learning plan? I appreciate your ideas!

I have an employee that left the company several years back that was just re-hired. Is it possible to combine their expired account with the new active account.

This is the only question in the Test. Users enter a code given to them. There are multiple correct answers: But I am seeing users answer the question Incorrectly but are still marked as Passed: I didn’t check the box at the bottom “This question is only correct if all of the answers are correct” because there are not multiple Blanks. BUT I wonder if selecting that box will correct the problem...can you confirm?  

We're looking to customize observation checklist notifications by assigning different notifications to different checklist types. However, it appears that the system only supports a single notification applied universally across all checklists. Is this a current platform limitation, or is there a configuration we might be overlooking that would allow for customization?

We've started to use the new notification type ‘New ILT Session created’.  But have a couple of frustrations with how this notification works.The schedule for this notification is ‘at the time of the event’.  This is firing as soon as you click ‘create and edit’ on the New session form.  As this is before the event details are set – it is therefore impossible to make proper use of the notification short code ‘{{{session_date}}}’.  As the firing of the notification happens before the event dates are set.  Instead we are using the short code {{session_name}}  ensuring that our session naming convention includes the date of the event.  Has anyone spotted a way to make use of the short code {{{session_date}}}?  There is no option to choose to delay the scheduling of this notification i.e. to allow a buffer between the session details being saved and the event details being added to the session. Learners receive the notification before the event has been added to the session, which feels a
