Hi Docebo community! I'm working on two issues with our white-labeled Docebo instance and would love some guidance.Issue 1: Google search snippet showing "Browse Docebo's courses and learning paths" When users Google our learning portal, the search result shows Docebo's default language instead of our brand name. I've tried updating the text via the English translation settings, but the change isn't reflecting in the Google snippet — it's only adding text beneath our header on the page itself. I've also tried clearing the field and adding a tab space (as suggested previously), but the old text is still appearing in Google.Is there a specific translation key that controls what Google indexes? Since we are using a white-labeled Docebo domain (not a registered custom domain), does Google re-crawl need to be triggered through Docebo directly? It essentially splits our focus into two tracks: Docebo Companion (Performance Support): Bringing targeted LMS content directly to specific URLs (CRM, Ticketing, etc.) via the browser extension. Harmony AI Tutor (Deep Learning): The side-panel AI inside the course player, strictly querying our internal content for summaries and quizzes. We have individual courses in the course management that are not in a catalog because we do not want power users or learners to have access to them individually. We want the courses in a learning plan that is visible so the power user or learner can enroll into them. This way the learning plan had prerequisites that only allowed the learner to take the courses in a particular order before enrolling in a ILT session or exam.Now we are seeing that power users are seeing the individual courses in the course management area that are not in a catalog. Did something change? In the past, power users could not see individual courses that were not in a catalog even if they were part of a visible learning plan. Do I need to make a change to the power users management? Hello - I am wondering if there is a way to remove messages that seem to auto appear after someone completes a mini assessment I built through Question Bank? I am including the screenshot here, We do not want it to say “Well done, you have passed the test!” once they have completed my pre-assessment quiz. Who uses both SSO and username and password? We are looking to see how you have customized your home page to make the login process easy. Right now, we are using extended enterprise to keep the login very easy (but separate), but we are seeing what we can do putting both logins on the same URL. Show me some examples!  (We would love to get to something similar to workday, see below, but not sure if that is possible)  

Hey, folks, I pursued learning how to use the API with AI. Made good success here with Google, but curious if anyone’s pulled it off with Microsoft. The idea of using Excel and a script to do the imports is simple, but the Microsoft ecosystem operates much differently from Google.Would love to know if anyone’s pulled this off. Thanks!

We are having persistent 500 errors for all PU trying to access the Learning Plans tab through My Activities for every one of their assigned users. I’ve recorded videos demonstrating the errors picking random PU from our platform and random of their assigned users.Is there anybody else experiencing those errors?I cannot believe that Docebo support came back to me that it will be fixed after 1 week?!?!?! It was working before. It’s not a new feature - how can they just break Core functionalities to live platforms without any regard to paying customers?

with the future SSL certificate lifespan getting reduced to 47 days, how are you going to deal with these changes?  are you going to take over the SSL cert management?  or give us a way to automate these renewals?The depreciation schedule is now as follows:March 15, 2026: Newly issued certificates, including their Domain Control Validation, aka DCV, will have to be renewed every 200 days. March 15, 2027: That lifespan will go down to 100 days. March 15, 2029: New SSL/TLS certificates will be limited to 47 days, and 10 days for DCVs.

Hello, This is regarding Learning Plans, not courses. We have clinics that purchase Learning Plans (via PO, not Docebo payment gateway) for their staff. I want the staff to self-enroll with a branch code. Here are my problems:I need to either:Associate coupon codes to a branch so they can’t be used outside of a branch. This doesn’t seem to be available. Create a content partner that allows me to assign learning plans, not courses. It doesn’t appear I can do either of these things.I’d love any other suggestions you all may have!I realize this would be a simple solution if these were individual courses, but that is not possible. These are large 40-200 hour learning plans that can only be assigned as one unit. Asking an individual to self-enroll with a coupon code into 25+ courses isn’t ideal or the best user experience. 

I am trying to automate enrollment to an observation checklist that is scheduled for a specific group.  The issue we are running into is that while the group can be automatically created and the observation checklist can be scheduled, if someone is added to the group via automatic enrollment AFTER the checklist has been scheduled, that user is not automatically added to the observation checklist (or other items, like courses or learning plans, but the pressing issue is the checklist). Has anyone found a way to automatically enroll a new group member to an already scheduled checklist? 

Curious if anyone has successfully implemented the native Slack v2 where:An HRIS is their source of truth Users are created & managed in Docebo via an integration (Docebo Connect, Workato, APIs, etc.) Slack v2 is configured using User Mapping (not provisioning) Username is the primary identifier used between Slack and Docebo and is identical in both systemsWe’re trying to better understand how others are operationalizing synchronization in this kind of setup as i’m not finding it feasible and too risky based on available options.Specifically, we’re seeing that the automatic synchronization behavior appears tied to Slack-side events (not what we want). Our concern is ensuring users created/updated from the HRIS flow into Slack mapping reliably and consistently before downstream notifications/events occur. Hello,We have just uploaded a number of new courses in Docebo for users to self-enrol in for extra learning, however they are not appearing in the search bar for standard users: However, anyone who is a SuperAdmin can see the courses via the search bar.We have ensured the enrolment options have been set correctly: Is there any reason that these courses would not be appearing for all our users? Thanks!

Does anyone use automation rules to help with automatic enrollments? Looking to streamline a process that could get very complicated as new customers onboard.

Hello,Our training department currently utilizes an Excel-based agenda as formal documentation confirming the completion of an in-person training week conducted by one of our business coaches. This agenda includes a section for both the trainee and the business coach to initial, indicating that each topic was reviewed and covered. I am exploring the use of Observation Checklists as a potential replacement; however, I am encountering challenges in identifying a way to include the trainee in the process so they can both provide feedback and confirm that the topics were addressed. These agendas are frequently referenced if questions or disputes arise regarding whether appropriate training was provided, and I am struggling to find a simple, fully digital solution within the platform that effectively replaces the accountability and acknowledgment provided by the current hand-signed agendas. Any help/ guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

Does anyone have a spreadsheet or matrix of all the Power User permission options?  I’d like to create one matrix that shows the details of each Power User profile.

Many Client’s HR/HSE manager need to download massively all certificates (including those for external training) for:  each course or each user.Has anyone found a solution?Unfortunately, downloading individual certificates for individual users is not a solution for them. Molti referenti delle Aziende nostre clienti hanno bisogno di scaricare massivamente per singolo Corso o per singolo utente tutti gli attestati (inclusi quelli di formazione esterna). This morning we had a pop-up in our Docebo instance inviting us to preview Harmony Search.I’ve put in a ticket to find out if all SuperAdmins saw this pop-up, or any other users. We cannot turn on AI features without asking for a review from our IT Security team. Due to the distributed nature of our companies and our L&D teams, we have numerous SuperAdmins in our system across multiple extended enterprise portals. While I’m pretty confident that my team knows the rules (and I sent out a reminder to everyone this morning), a prompt like this one may cause someone to circumvent our process.I reached out to my SCM to ask: Can we ensure that advertisements like this will NOT be turned on for our Docebo instance in the future? Has anyone had a similar issue?

Hi folks! Within our platform we have many users that create playlists for their managers or other team members. Some people are getting notifications while others are not and it is creating a hiccup in the user experience. Note that all those that are creating and sharing these playlists, have the same permissions and notifications are also set up the same. Has anyone run into this issue or maybe I have the notifications set up wrong. Can anyone share how they have their notifications set up for this specifically? Thanks!  

I have an automatic group set up for onboarding to capture job title and start date. However, there are returning employees that do not need our full onboarding coursework, but they get captured in this automatic group. I know you can manually add users to automatic groups, but can you manually remove users from automatic groups, without them being added back when the group rules run? 

Hi everyone,I know there have been past discussions and ideas shared around pulling custom field data from SCORM files, but I haven’t seen any recent updates or solutions.We’re trying to figure out whether it’s possible to get more detailed reporting from SCORM content beyond what’s currently available in the custom report builder. We also haven’t found anything in the API browser that allows access to more detailed SCORM data.We can drill into course report to view learner responses, but this has to be done one user at a time, which isn’t very efficient for larger groups.Ideally, we’d like to report on the following:Username (who answered) Question and the learner’s answer Correct/Incorrect Score Text-entry responses Timestamp Number of attemptsFor context, we’re using SCORM 2004 for text-entry interactions and SCORM 1.2 for multiple-choice content.

Dear Community,Harmony has great potential and is already working quite well for us (still waiting for some reports to dive deeper into actual usage 🙂).I was wondering whether there is a possibility—or a workaround—to build a custom knowledge base for Harmony without making the source material accessible to learners.Currently, I can upload PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files to a course, assign it to users, and make the content accessible via Harmony. However, this also means that the course containing the files is visible to learners.Some of the files I would like to use as a custom knowledge base are unformatted and not particularly user-friendly (especially from a learner perspective). They are meant purely as background information and not as learning material that should be directly accessible.Has anyone done something like this before? Hello, I have several courses that have an Observation Checklist attached.  The current status is that the courses are marked as completed when the user has completed the eLearning, even though the OC is sitting in progress.Is there a way to run a report of all in progress Observation Checklists which indicates users have completed the eLearning and are waiting for the assessment to take place?

Hello, all!A manager reached out to me saying that one of his employees completed a course, but it’s listed as an expired certification under his “Team Members” dashboard. As a Superadmin, I can see that the employee did in fact complete the course and has a certification dated for. Does anyone know how I could manually update the certification to unexpired on the manager “Team Members” dashboard? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have looked but not found documentation on who can use API’s.  I have a function that wants to pull reporting on a few select courses via API.  I want to make sure if I create a profile and permission it for reporting and the appropriate course/user resources that they will not be able to perform any other API calls sucesfully, only the ‘GET’s’ related to the report they are executing.  That I don’t need to provide superadmin role.  Bonus points if you can share the knowledge document link 😀TIA!

Hello, We are setting up a new extended enterprise for Company 2 in our organization. That means we have set up our new Branch and we want all employees with @company2.com in their email when they SSO  to be directed into this Branch. The problem comes from the branch code.Our current set up is the MS Entra field Location is being used as the Branch Code. But Company 2 has the same locations as Company 1 so we cannot reuse the branch code and have the same hierarchy (example Company1 / Vancouver, Company2 / Vancouver )Given our company structure, we are not able to modify the fields in entra. Is there a way in the SAML settings to concatenate the attributes together for the branch code, so that for example we can have Company + Location as the branch code?
