Hello,I would like the LMS to recognise when users on maternity and remove them from course notification emails/reporting but still want them to have access to the platform.Can anyone help?Thanks! 

Here is a link to a discussion from years ago regarding making a single course a prerequisite for another course, without the requirement of having the courses in the same learning plan. I am running into a very similar issue. I have a set of courses and a learning plan that should not be assigned to the user until they complete their initial learning plan. I would like a way to set up a rule so the first course is either automatically assigned upon completion of the initial LP, or we can set up the enrollment but it is not available until completion of the initial LP. Has any progress been made in this area?

I have a question for those of you who use Docebo for external users & the new navigation menu. We have 50k+ external users. I am looking for suggestions on how you inform/train them on the upcoming navigation updates. Some users log in regularly, some every year or two. Any suggestions on how to best communicate the update to all of them?

Has anyone used any other scoring for Observation Checklists aside from Yes/No Pass/Fail?  Would like to have a 5 point scale (eg. Beginner-Mastery) used, but not seeing how that could be accomplished.  TIA!

Managers from their My Team Dashboards and My Team Reports are unable to:See Archived completions because the Dashboards and Reports only include Active Completions. Filter to include or exclude Archived completions.When getting read for a compliance audit Managers need to pull transcript reports for their staff.  The transcript would be incomplete if Archived completions are not included.Leaving all such reporting to Power Users and Super Admins. 

Things like this - just work.As the toys get better, we need to configure them easier.My hope is that is where the MCP Server work just lands at overtime. Click on that button and it just jumps you over to your account. You add the connector on their end? Boom - its connected. No more think-y think-y anymore.

We have a customer asking if this is possible, I cant get an answer on either Harmony or Trusthub so I was wondering if anyone else has been asked this before? 

Has anyone come up with custom CSS to remove the “load more” button and automatically load all catalogs in a widget when you have more than 4? Is that possible? Hello,I’m creating pages specifically for different content interests for my learners. I have a series of catalogs on the pages and I’d like to populate them with the Linkedin content we recommend on those subjects. Unfortunately, even though I can enroll myself in the LinkedIn courses inside Docebo, I don’t seem to have the admin capability to add them to the channel. I’ve tried both from the learner side (manage button) and by searching in the course catalog (course not found).Is there a permission I need to turn on? Am I missing a step? I appreciate your advice.Emily

I’m creating learning plans for all of our users to complete this year’s annual compliance training, but I’m wondering about the best way to manage it again next year. Do most of you unenroll everyone and then re-enroll them each year, or is there a better recurring setup?

CEU tracking is vital for our organization. We are interested in a way to get CEU’s gained from internally completed courses (this is CEUs gained from the completion of Courses, and Learning Plan’s managed in Docebo). We also want to track CEUs that have been gained by our users via “My Added Learning” which the user adds themselves and often includes CEUs. We need this in one single report, but External training (training added using My Added Learning) is not available in the My Transcript for Learners and can only be generated as two separate reports using User - Courses and User - External Training    We need 1 report that consolidates both pieces of information in lieu of the fact that this is not possible in My Transcript

Hello, when learners enrol themselves into a session, their course enrolment status automatically changes to "In Progress”. However, when an admin enrols them, their status remains as “Enrolled”.Does anyone know if there’s a way to change this so that the status automatically updates when an admin enrols a learner?Also, when a learner is marked as “Absent” from a session, is there a way to automatically change their enrolment status back to “Enrolled” instead of “In Progress”?Having to manually update these is very time-consuming and inefficient :(

1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*We are a german company and want to launch Docebo soon. But we hava a workers council that says that the manager is only allowed to see the mandatory trainings of their team members, but not the optional ones. On the other hand we only want to have the course responsible able to have an anonymous reporting, where they see whn a training has been completed and how often but not who was the person, which has done the training.   Currently I do not see a solution how we can do this. Therefore it would be great to see how other companies are doing this.  2 . How will this feature impact your business and/or industry?*Solving the problem would support german companies with a workers council agreement. Without having the issues fixed it is currently stopping our rollout  in various regions of the world.    It would be great if you could share how you have solved the issues with the reporting your companies! We have a custom page made for onboarding training. The page has catalogs plugged in via widgets. Currently when a learner clicks on a tile, it overrides the page. We’d like it to instead open in a new tab so the don’t have to keep navigating back to the page. (Selecting “open new window” at the training material level does not accomplish this). Is there a way currently to do this?

Next week, I am launching annual compliance training.  The Sexual Harassment Prevention course is being reused from last year.  Using myself as a test subject, I archived and re-enrolled myself into the course.  I then marked it as complete (was also testing the certification template).  Now, I’m not seeing last year’s completion details in my transcript.  Where can I see that I completed this training last year? - If the point of archiving is to have a historical record, where do I go to retrieve those records and view last year’s completion certificate?

Hello all,We are currently having this issue where users are going through all the course material before a scheduled ILT takes place resulting in absences when the ILT actually happens. We are looking for ways that this can be done in Docebo. We tested out creating a 1-question quiz before the final course quiz that users must get from their instructor, but we realize that this password must be maintained and refreshed every so often and has to be distributed across all of our organization and each ILT will need to have one. Hoping to hear how everyone else has gone around this issue

I have a custom public page that uses HTML and custom CSS to act as a home page and hides the catalog page and the links in the navigation bar.When I turn on the new Admin Navigation, it “un-hides” those links and “un-hides” the catalog page.I am sure it’s just a piece of code somewhere, but I am not sure where. 

I want to remove this learning plan details section visible to users. Does anyone have CSS that has worked for them for this task? 

We’re currently getting a lot of user queries regarding switching/ unenrolling from ILT sessions due to those options being hidden in a menu right out of the way. I was hoping to use the Header Message to highlight a resource showing people how to switch sessions as a way of reducing this. However, the header message itself is completely unformatted with no way to do so in the settings. I tried editing it with CSS but nothing I try seems to work.Here’s where I got to: app-layout-header-message { background-color: #a11fff; color: #ffffff; padding: 10px 20px; text-align: center;}Has anyone managed to do this successfully?

Dear Community,Harmony has great potential and is already working quite well for us (still waiting for some reports to dive deeper into actual usage 🙂).I was wondering whether there is a possibility—or a workaround—to build a custom knowledge base for Harmony without making the source material accessible to learners.Currently, I can upload PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files to a course, assign it to users, and make the content accessible via Harmony. However, this also means that the course containing the files is visible to learners.Some of the files I would like to use as a custom knowledge base are unformatted and not particularly user-friendly (especially from a learner perspective). They are meant purely as background information and not as learning material that should be directly accessible.Has anyone done something like this before? Hello, This is regarding Learning Plans, not courses. We have clinics that purchase Learning Plans (via PO, not Docebo payment gateway) for their staff. I want the staff to self-enroll with a branch code. Here are my problems:I need to either:Associate coupon codes to a branch so they can’t be used outside of a branch. This doesn’t seem to be available. Create a content partner that allows me to assign learning plans, not courses. It doesn’t appear I can do either of these things.I’d love any other suggestions you all may have!I realize this would be a simple solution if these were individual courses, but that is not possible. These are large 40-200 hour learning plans that can only be assigned as one unit. Asking an individual to self-enroll with a coupon code into 25+ courses isn’t ideal or the best user experience. 

Hello,What is the best reporting setup for Extended Enterprise usage tracking?We want our usage reports to capture all learner seats associated with an Extended Enterprise customer, including users who are currently active, deactivated, enrolled, unenrolled, or deleted. The goal is to ensure we have a complete count of all seats utilized, even if users are no longer present in the LMS.For example, if an Extended Enterprise customer has used 1,000 seats over the course of their contract, we need reporting that accounts for all 1,000 seats - not just the users who remain active in the system. What reporting structure or data fields would you recommend to ensure accurate seat utilization tracking across the full user lifecycle? Since, technically, a seat-is-a-seat in Docebo and we’re paying for that seat regardless if they are still active in the LMS. I also wonder the same for branches? We often sell seats to clients. It indicates that archiving a course will permanently remove all certification records. Based on this, we may not use this functionality, as it could lead to potential data loss.Could you please share your feedback on this? I believe this is a good feature, but we want to ensure that no data is lost. According to the Knowledge Base, only course progress and certificates are maintained. Therefore, I am wondering if Docebo is planning to preserve certification data as well. In advanced setting we’ve set up the sorting options for course catalog to be Code A - Z, but there is one branch which would prefer another sorting option. Is there possible to do so that one branch get another sorting option, without having to make a separate page and/or menu?
