Greetings! I am working on Learning Plans that have courses with prescribed soft deadlines and a validity period of 60 days. When I assign the LP the learner receives the notification email, and all of the dates are the same...how should I set it up to make it cascade that once they finish the first course in the LP the next course’s clock begins and so on through the LP?

Is there a way to schedule different courses to a group each month?

I set up some Teams ILT sessions, no problem, used my account in the Event. I’m listed as the Session instructor. Why was I unable to start the event? All I got was “Someone will let you into the meeting.” I figured as the instructor and Teams account holder that would be me?

Hi everyone,As a Superadmin, is there a way to view which specific courses a user has completed within a Learning Plan, rather than only seeing the overall completion percentage?I’m frequently asked to review groups of users (sometimes up to 40 at a time) to identify which courses they are missing within a specific learning plan. Right now, this requires manually opening and checking each course, which isn’t scalable.Ideally, I’d like: A way to see course-by-course completion status for an individual learner within a learning plan A solution that could be handled by a Power User, so this doesn’t require Superadmin involvement If this isn’t available natively, I’d love to know: What reporting setups others are using to solve this Whether this is only achievable through custom reports or API pulls Thanks in advance — I really appreciate any workflows or best practices you’re willing to share.Thanks- Andy

We have Teams Meetings and Events integrated with Docebo. We’ve not used the Event type (which is now deprecated per the KB). We have a need to use the Webinar meeting type. Is this something that can be selected when setting up an ILT session? My understanding, which I think may be incorrect, was that Webinars would be a different type of integration similar to Events, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. So if we create an ILT and select Teams “Meeting” to use for it, can we then go into the meeting in Teams and change the template to a webinar? I expect that would change the URL, but that’s fine as we can make the change before sending our any invitations.

Hi All - I’ve been searching posts about marking a course as outdated this morning and I’m finding a mixture of answers and fixes. I am trying to figure out if anyone has been successful in hiding this option? If not, where is the notification going to indicate that it’s been marked as outdated? How can we see that a course is marked outdated?  Thanks!

Hi everyone 👋We’re brand new to Docebo and in the middle of migrating certifications from our previous LMS, and I’d love to learn how others are handling this.Our certifications typically include: An e-learning module, and A live role play completed with the learner’s manager, where the manager evaluates performance using a rubric (pass/fail with feedback) We’re a software company, and these certifications are used to enable our Customer Operations team to confidently speak to our products and scenarios when working with customers. What does your certification process look like?

I need to update over 600 users with new email addresses and usernames.  I can do this via the CSV upload, but it doesn’t seem to trigger the User Modified notification I have set up to let the users know this has been done.Does anyone know how I can easily notify these users that their username/email address has changed?Thanks

Where does the “Ask the Expert” questions go? I thought they were sent to specific people?How do we know when someone puts a question into “Ask the Expert”?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone else has been successful using a session creation webhook to generate events for the session automatically. Also, if anyone has successfully used the Create event in Docebo action in app, that would be helpful too!

Hi everyone,We created several question banks and a single test that is shared across multiple courses. The challenge is when a user fails the test in one course and then gets enrolled in another course (with the same test).Since the system keeps the previous test score, we’ve been archiving users who didn’t pass so they can start fresh in the new course. However, once an enrollment is archived, we can only retrieve the score, not the detailed answers the user gave.Has anyone faced this issue? Is there any workaround to either:Keep test scores independent for each course, or Retrieve the full test data from an archived enrollment?Any advice would be appreciated!

Has anyone experienced an issue where scheduled reports that are disabled in production, are still being sent from the sandbox environment, even when the recipients in the sandbox are disabled? Is this expected behavior?In the past, when we requested a sandbox sync with production, we were not aware that scheduled reports needed to be manually turned off in the sandbox after the sync.Thanks in advance for your input!  

I just realized we aren’t using the External Link option when building a new page.Can you guys share some best practice use cases for using External Links?

Hi Docebo community!We’ve been using Comslider for about five months. Periodically, we get a message that says “UserProjectAccountProblemThe project to be billed is associated with a delinquent billing account.The billing account for the owning project is disabled in state delinquent”. However, we are paid up through the end of the year and are nowhere near our quota for use. The odd thing is that the error seems to crop up about once a month for 24 hours and then self-resolves.I’ve emailed support but not response. Anyone else having this issue? 

Hi, Not sure if anyone has ever tried to use the Outdoo.ai platform for call simulation training and integrated it with Docebo. We are able to upload a course scorm package from Outdoo successfully, but when we run the course, a pop up occurs saying “Access Denied. You do not have access to this course. Please contact your administrator.” My question is if anyone has successfully set this up or not and wondering if this is a Docebo issue or an Outdoo issue. I’m thinking it’s Outdoo. Thoughts?

The new certification experience looks great, thanks for sharing.I’m curious as to how this may work for our use case.We currently don’t use learning plans or Docebo ecommerce, all courses/licences are purchased via our website (mainly industry compliance training). Our certifications are set to not allow Users or Power users to renew enrolments themselves, and they will never see the Renew Now button.Instead following User’s expiry notification being sent, user’s enrolments are archived with their course tracking reset (and certification unassigned if needed for courses attached to external certifications), allowing a new completion on the same course. We never re-enrol Users during archiving as the course must be purchased again via our website.Will the new certifications revamp allow for automatic enrolment archiving and course reset and potentially unassign their current certificate (if external), based on expiry rules without re-enrolling the user at

Does anyone have any insights or ideas on how to implement microlearning with spaced repetition or recurring timing within Docebo?

We have set up groups that are aligned to service contracts. If a user moves from one contract to another, they will be required to complete different training. How do we remove a user that is no longer aligned to the group?

I’ve been asked if we can track and report on how many times a user has taken a course.  Is this possible in Docebo?

Hi there. Does anyone know of a way (CSS or otherwise), to remove the “(required)”, as highlighted in the below image, from every mandatory question in an observation checklist on the Go.Learn App? The fact that it says (required) next to the title and the repeat it again below (in the actual response area) is confusing people. They think they should be able to type in the title area. I’ve tried using the localization tool with no luck. Thanks in advance! 

I don’t see how to change the type of a group, though within an Automatic group I see I can change the users to “Manual Assignment”. We need to be able to exclude users based on a number of criteria. So we create an automated group with all that criteria, and we need another group created that excludes those in the 1st group. Since the only way to reference a group in group criteria is a manual group, we need the first changed to a manual group. I tried copying the group but it copies as automatic. Here’s the use case:Group 1: Course A & B enrollment statuses complete.Group 2: Course C enrollment statuses in progress, enrolled, waiting, who are NOT in group 1. Is my only option to create the automated group 1, export it to CSV, then use that CSV to create a manual group?

Hi, I have a channel that is visible to everyone. Ideally, I would like to upload a new asset to this channel, but only have the asset be visible to one particular group of users. The new asset is on the same topic as those in the channel, but it contains information that is only relevant for the specified group. As it’s not possible to set the visibility for each asset, does anyone have an idea for a possible workaround?I know one option would be to create a new channel and restrict the visibility of the channel to that group of users, but this isn’t ideal as it may cause confusion due to all the assets being on the same overall topic. Many thanks!
