I am an absolute PA novice, but Docebo helped me out with instructions in creating a flow to automatically generate coupon codes for eCommerce.  For the Parse JSON actions, I know you fill in the Content field with the “body” output from the previous action (for example, the HTTP action to get a token).  However, even if the token changes, which obviously it will when running the flow again after it expires, the Parse JSON action keeps using the same access_token value in the Content field which obviously causes the rest of the flow to fail.Am I doing something wrong in PA in the Content field to make it dynamic instead of using the same constant value?  I thought the whole point of the Content field was to provide an example of input, not use those exact values, and the Schema field tells the action how to parse the input and extract values from the input.I feel like I’m missing something very basic here.

Following some system update earlier this month, we’ve found that scheduled reports delivered to Power Users via email do not contain all the data for users they manage. This occurs if a Super Admin assigns users to a branch that a Power User manages and the Power User hasn’t logged into the system since the users were assigned to the branch.Docebo support say this is now expected behavior, and Power Users must log in in order for any changes to be reflected in their scheduled reports. They aren’t clear which update caused this change in functionality.This causes big problems for us as many of our Power Users rarely log in the system but rely on scheduled reports to oversee training progress. We’ve been using Docebo for about 4 years in this way.Is anybody else running into this problem?

If I need to send an outside vendor the Zoom URL for an upcoming Zoom Meeting for a ILT course, how do I find the URL?

Is there a way to modify the URL for a catalog? Right now catalogs are simply numbered and I would love to modify these to make a URL more visually related to the catalog content (e.g. the product name).

When looking at the course cards at the course catalog, I’d like to add a border around the image/thumbnail on the course cards. Another important aspect, is that the colour of the border depends on of it is an ILT class or e-learning. Lets say the border around E-learning cards are red and the ILT ones blue. I am pulling Docebo data into a lakehouse, we need to be able to slice for Catalog contents as each course is assigned to at least one catalog. Looking at the API list for CatalogContent and Catalogue, I am unable to see how this can be done. What we are doing is, replacing an excel based manual process which currently is taking a list of completed courses, and doing a VLOOKUP from a hand formed table of what course is associated to which catalogs to build a helper column with the catalog name in it.  Then slicing for number of completions per catalog. What am I missing in the API List??!!

I’m relatively new to Docebo and wondering if Managers have the ability to unenroll their Team Members from courses? We had a Manager accidentally assign the wrong training to a Team Member, but they were unable to unenroll them and it had to be completed by a Superadmin. This was a function we had with our previous LMS and was used regularly by our Managers. 

That title word is “External”, so much for typing this on a phone! We are a mall training team utilizing Docebo as an online alternative to classroom training offerings globally. Things are going well and we have grown. We are Parthenon where some of our customers are 100 - 200 students strong. My question is has anyone setup an external power user, in my case a supervisor of one of our customers, to manage training: review progress reports,export progress data etc? They would not be able to assign training courses as that is done at the point of sale. However my real concern is security and some apprehension about this setup to avoid loss of trust and to ensure the supervisor can only access the courses annd students assigned to his/her team.  Again, maybe overthinking it but it’s a big change from our internal management of the system that is really working out well for us. Any input appreciated.

Hello, I am trying to Lauch a live event. I have double checked the following: Session is set up correctlyEvent set up correctly. Teams still showing paired. When I go to launch the event as an instructor the button is there that says “Start Live Event” I can click it and my teams pop up. However, I get a message across the screen that says, “Live Event has not yet Started” This never goes away and I am not able to do anything. My IT department says Teams is integrated correctly. Checking here for help on something I might have missed. Thank you 

I have power users that I would like to create a widget that shows only on their homepage that links via url to the exact report they need to run without them having to go in to do all the fiddly stuff.  Is this feasible? 

Our trouble:Not being able to reassign the same training item without having to use the archive and re-enroll feature.We do not do compliance training at the same time each year for all team members. We treat compliance training as rolling assignments. Reassigned one year (or whatever cadence) after completion (ideally without the team members having to click Renew or go find the training to reassign themselves). Our current work-around:Currently I'm using the certifications tool for any recurring training so that they have the Renew option and can take the same training material again without admin intervention. Some of the trouble that causes:Takes up valuable homepage real estate to put that Renew right in front of them. Users clicking Renew too early or just to try to reprint their certificate which causes the loss of training data since it's archived (and creates necessary admin intervention).  Confusion for the users because they were used to training being pushed to their transc

Hi everyone! 👋I’m hoping to get some ideas from this group about how you’re handling notifications for newly added courses.I’m part of my organization’s training team, and we’re running into a limitation with Docebo notifications. Whenever we add a new course to an existing Learning Plan, all enrolled users receive the standard notification, but it only includes the name of the Learning Plan, not the specific new course that was added.Docebo Support confirmed there’s currently no way to include the new course URL in that automatic notification, which makes it hard for learners to know what’s actually new or to navigate directly to it.For those of you managing Learning Plans:How are you informing your users when new courses are added? Have you built any creative workarounds inside or outside Docebo?I’d love to hear what’s working well for your teams. Thanks in advance for any ideas or examples you’re willing to share!   

We have thousands of external training “events” where an employee has taken a course outside of our organization but we need to maintain records for certification. For example, taking First Aid CPR with the Red Cross. Is there a way for me to bulk update their external historical records to add it to the First Aid CPR certification to tell them it expires in 2 years? This is one of many examples. I can figure out which external training goes to which certification. I understand it would have been better to have had them/us check the box when entering the new activity, but now I have literally thousands of records to update and I’m looking for a solution.Thanks.

I have a user who manages a team, Ive added their direct reports. However I am not sure how to activate the My team button. I can login to this user and do not see where they can manage their team. Any help?

I have searched the community and DU to try and find my answer, but I’ve not been successful.  We are looking to implement the use of Docebo Skills. When I logged in, I was prompted to select my skills. I have gone into Skill Management and published the skill sets we want to use, I have made sure the My Skills is on the main menu and I tagged courses and assets with those skills and I am still not seeing the My Skills option on the menu. What am I doing wrong? What am I missing for this to populate for learners?Thank you in advance for help!  

Hi - I am having a challenge setting up a process for learners to enroll into and ILT that needs to be completed as part of a series. Here is the scenario (based on client need, not mine): Leaner needs to attend all 3 days to be complete. Normally I would create the session with 3 events, but the learner needs to be able to select what dates and locations work best for their schedule. So they could select Day one at location 1, and Day 2 at location 2, and Day 3 back at location 1. I tried setting sessions up, but you can only enroll into 1 session, not multiple. I created 3 different ILTs, created the variety of locations as sessions, then put the courses into a learning plan. This basically works, but is very confusing to the learner on how to enroll. You have to enroll to the LP, and then into each course. But once enrolled to the LP, the courses show the “launch” button which is not intuitive to the learner to click to finish the registration process. Is there an easier way to do t

I changed the colour on the UI status badge (One colour for not started, in progress and completed). Like shown on the picture underneath with the badge for in progress: It did change to the colours that I wanted, but not on the icons: I tried to change the colour, but with no luck. Is it possible to change the url you are taken to from the ‘View all’ button? I do not want users to see literally every due dated course they have ever been enrolled on regardless of their completion status. If they have completed the course then I don’t need them to see it linked from a widget supposedly showing expiring courses that they need to complete. So, is it possible to change the url on that button to take them to the same page, but with the filters applied?
