Hello DC, I would like a (in theory) very simple report that just lists out the names of every course we have in one column, and then in the next column the learning plans and/or catalogs that course belongs to.  I am essentially wanting to identify any courses that have not been assigned to a learning plan or catalog.  But it would also be useful to have a list of courses and any learning plans and catalogs the course is in. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance,Mike Magnus

I would like to create training material via the Training Material (ex. Central Repository) page.However, I do not have the icon in the top right corner to do this i.e the plus sign in a circle. I have used this facility on many occasions in the past with no problems but haven’t used it for some time.  What am I doing wrong? 

I’m trying to build a custom reporting export via API and know how to pull all additional fields, and other course fields. I was also hoping to include a column with all the catalogs a course is associate with. Does anyone know if this end point is available and if yes, could you point me in the direction? I’ve been through the API explorer and nothing jumps out at me as accomplishing this.

I’ve been tasked with finding out if the Harmony AI search features would be beneficial to our organization. Is anyone actively using them? What’s the feedback and engagement been like? I’d love to know for either the Harmony Search, Harmony Copilot or both.

I believe we don't have any supporting API to update the bulk additional fields. We have only “PUT/courses” API, that too works for only one course. Does not make sense.Is anyone have best approach to update the course additional fields as a batch upload?

I’ve created and published my Storyline Survey as different versions of:SCORM 2004 2nd edition SCORM 2004 3rd edition SCORM 2004 4th editionI’ve attached my question results to a results slide.I’ve published the Rise course package as all versions of SCORM 2004.But I’m still struggling collecting answer data in Docebo when I go to:Courses > Reports > Training Material Statistics > Downloading the Answers Breakdown report.Are there specific directions I need to follow in order to collect that data?

Hello AllThere are times that we need some support with some CSS and you never know, another Docebian might have just cracked what you are looking for. There isn’t a group for it so I was thinking we could use this discussion thread to ask for help on CSS.I have been working on some CSS recently where i needed to change some of the button color and content text. I have achieved this however Docebo has icons in the buttons too so for consistency I want to be able to change that too.For Example, When in Training Materials, you have the Creator button.There is the button itself, the Creator Text and the Wand IconIn Courses, you have the Create buttonThere is the button itself, the Create text and the + icon and the dropdown icon Does anyone know the correct element to select these icons?I have already changed the color of the background and the text, i just need to do the icons next.Thanks!

Is there a feature planned to enhance equivalencies? Specifically, the option to establish a timeframe for equivalencies to be applicable. For example, if we are deploying a new version of a training course and want employees who completed the previous version of the course within the last 30 or 60 days to be automatically marked as complete for the new version. The current functionality appears that you can only establish equivalencies for all completions of a course to another course and not just completions during a specific timeframe and does not satisfy the need provided in the example.  

Hi there! We’re using the AI Coaching feature with two scenarios built into a course module. We originally set the limit to one attempt per scenario. However, we've encountered an issue where a learner exceeded the limit on one scenario, and even after resetting it, the scenario remains stuck.Is there a way to effectively reset an attempt? We’ve resorted to increasing the total number of attempts as a workaround, but that isn't ideal, as we may run into the same issue again if a learner hits the new limit.Thanks! 

I have been asked to provide the time someone spent in an eLearning module. In the Course Management section I found the course shell and within the reports tab can see the user. Is the Training Material Time, the time they spent overall, as you can see they first accessed it in March and completed it in May, or is it the time spent for their last session? Thanks.    

Notifications may be the most commonly searched term in the community, but they don’t get the love  they deserve. We often find that Docebo admins configure a few simple notifications early in onboarding, but fail to continue using them to enhance their learning programs.  It’s not hard to see why. You can’t have a functional platform without users and courses. It’d be challenging to run an effective operation (or continue to get funded) without reports. And unless you work in a self-contained silo, you’ll want to integrate your learning platform with other applications. But notifications? You can have a platform without notifications, and never know what you’re missing. Maybe that’s the key: if you don’t use notifications, you don’t know what you’re missing. Hello DoceboiansI was just wondering what you are using when creating your certificates to make sure your text is appearing correctly on your certificate. As an example, the following code was used:<div style=”width: 1810px; height: 2560px; margin-top: 600px; margin-left: 50px; position: absolute;”><p>[firstname] [lastname]</p><p>[coursename]</p><p>[date_complete format:”d F Y”]</p></div>When looking in the wysiwyg editor this did exactly what we asked of it, however in the certificate preview and certificate download, although it gave the correct information, the text was placed at the top of the screen with no left margin and had moved down only 50px.Has anyone else had similar issues?What did you do to align the text in your certificates with your background image?Any tips you are happy to share?

I found the helpful template shared by @SuperShauneDocebian five years ago (thank you , it was a great starting point and confirmed the approach works in principle). That template is a clean single-column layout: one header image, a text block, a bullet list, and a footer. It works well and I can see why it's been a go-to.What we're trying to do is a step up in complexity, and I'm running into a wall I'd love community input on.We built a fully branded HTML newsletter to communicate platform updates to our power users and managers as part of a broader strategy to increase adoption.  The HTML is significantly more complex than the shared template. Roughly 600+ lines of fully inline-styled code, 5 major sections each with multiple sub-sections, 6 alert box styles with colored `bgcolor` backgrounds on `<td>` elements, 4 externally-hosted screenshots via Docebo's CDN, and a VML gradient header for Outlook compatibility. I currently have my set up to put new hires into a group. I used additional fields for this when new hire = Yes. When this happens they see the new hire onboarding page.  I need them to be removed from this group once they finish a final onboarding course so they can see the main home page. I originally had this course set up to automatically to enroll users in the new hire group. This created circular logic that didn’t enroll people into the group or the course( see images).  What is the best way to remove users from a group so they can see the main homepage and not the onboarding page?

I'm working on two issues with our white-labeled Docebo instance and would love some guidance.Issue 1: Google search snippet showing "Browse Docebo's courses and learning paths" When users Google our learning portal, the search result shows Docebo's default language instead of our brand name. I've tried updating the text via the English translation settings, but the change isn't reflecting in the Google snippet — it's only adding text beneath our header on the page itself. I've also tried clearing the field and adding a tab space (as suggested previously), but the old text is still appearing in Google.Is there a specific translation key that controls what Google indexes? Since we are using a white-labeled Docebo domain (not a registered custom domain), does Google re-crawl need to be triggered through Docebo directly? Has anyone run into issues with the Connect Outlook RSVP integration after using the new ILT session duplication feature?We're seeing calendar invites not going out, and our working theory is that duplicating a session triggers the Connect recipes before Zoom info is configured on the new event. Curious if others have hit this and whether there's a workaround in place.Thank you!

We have individual courses in the course management that are not in a catalog because we do not want power users or learners to have access to them individually. We want the courses in a learning plan that is visible so the power user or learner can enroll into them. This way the learning plan had prerequisites that only allowed the learner to take the courses in a particular order before enrolling in a ILT session or exam.Now we are seeing that power users are seeing the individual courses in the course management area that are not in a catalog. Did something change? In the past, power users could not see individual courses that were not in a catalog even if they were part of a visible learning plan. Do I need to make a change to the power users management?
