We’re new to Docebo and are currently using it for delivering our product education to customers.Currently, we have two catalogs, one for education for clinical audiences and one for education for technical audiences. Each catalog contains a mix of free and for-purchase instructor-led classes and asynchronous eLearning.I would like to be able to “group” courses and display them together based on functionality, primarily for promotional purposes.  For example, all courses related to version 2.0 could appear together, all courses for product XYZ could appear together, etc.Is there the ability to create micro-sites or landing pages (using the more traditional marketing definition of landing pages, not the Docebo definition) where courses can be grouped so we have a single link that we can send to direct users to multiple related courses at the same time?

Greetings~ Does anyone know if I can/how to pull this report.We have a drop in question and answer session that our staff coordinates. We do not require enrollment or record these sessions but I do receive the attendance afterwards and issue a badge for attending/participation. I am trying to see if I can run a report that shows all the times this badge has been issued, the staff member who received it and the date it was issued.  I know I can click on the badge and see the number of times a staff member was awarded the badge and I can click on the number of times and see the dates, but I do not know how to export this data for all. I also looked at the audit trail but that did not give me the data I needed, primarily who received it, since I or another admin were always the one that issued it manually. Thank you!  

Hello Guru’s!!I have a scenario that didn’t play out as intended when testing, so curious what ideas the group may have here. Structure - Learning Plan that has 3 courses (A,B,C) as well as a certification component (D) with a yearly requirement.When enrolled, user completes A,B,C and then the certification (D).  This completes the LP. Fast forward a year, and assume for testing purposes the certification goes overdue/expires.  The ask/need is that the LP status revert to ‘in progress’ to indicate they are no longer in compliance since all 4 components are not complete. Additionally, at any given time courses A,B,C could be refreshed with up to date criteria, and enrollments would be archived and renenrolled for the respective course. This resets the course status to ‘Not Started’ which would also revert the LP back to ‘In Progress’ until completed which it would then reflect complete again. Testing confirms that regardless of the status change at course level, a LP that has been compl

Hello - I’m new to managing playlists and would love some clarity.We do not allow users to upload assets. Is that why the Invite to View button is visible but not functional for them? What is the best way a user can share a playlist with others? Copy and paste URL into an email? Does a playlist need to be published to be shared/visible by others?Invite to View button not functionalAlso, even though we have “allow users to create public playlists” enabled, we do not allow users to share content with any channels, so they cannot make their playlist public (our preference). My question is, is there a reason we shouldn’t disable “allow users to create public playlists” in the Social Learning settings? Does that setting affect any other areas?Thank you for any help you can provide! :)

Hi everyone -I wanted to pick the community’s brain to see if I can create a Survey Insights Dashboard for our surveys. Currently, we have to download the report on a monthly/quarterly basis, and create a dashboard in Excel.  It would be amazing if the data could be shown in the Insights Dashboard. However, I cannot find a way to import the survey data into Insights.  Would anyone be able to share how they are able to create a Dashboard with the survey data? Thank you for your help!Liz

It would be awesome if archived course data for a user would merge over as well when you merge a user with another.  I am unsure why this has never been a thing as you would think you would want all completed course data including archived items when merging.  Please make this a thing. 

We are new to Docebo and have just recently rolled out our first wave of instructor-led courses for sale to customers.We are pushing the eCommerce option to get customers to pay online with a credit card, but many of our enterprise customers still prefer to generate a PO.  Is it possible for a user to generate a quote for a course from the course description page instead of adding the course to the cart?

We just went live on Docebo about a month ago and are still trying to figure out best practices for playlists. Learners often see the "No More Users to Invite" message after clicking “Invite to Watch” even when they haven't shared with anyone yet (these are private playlists but they are published). So there should be plenty of people to invite. In my testing, it looks like we can sometimes choose individuals to invite when attempting from the playlist card on the My Channel view but not when we attempt to invite from the playlist itself. Also, does anyone know how Docebo chooses the “suggested users” on the Invite to Watch page? Sometimes they make sense (people we interact with often) and other times they are seemingly random (test accounts, etc.)

Hi all!For the tests, can I set up a waiting period between test attempts without limiting the number of attempts?From what I can see now, I do not get the option for a waiting period if my maximum number of test attempts is 0 (the setting for unlimited attempts).    Is my option to just make my maximum number of attempts something ridiculously high?

Hi, In the latest release AI Assistant (was Harmony) has changed the way it displays results. Going from providing a text answer with the sources referenced at the end of the answer, to a new style where the references are displayed as numbered links. We can find no material on this change. We raised a case with Docebo who also said they cannot find any documentation on this change. Has anyone else seen this change/ do you know if it is a setting that can be reversed? The courses referenced at the end was a much better solution for our learners. 

I have 2 questions about observation checklist…1 - I am wondering if anyone knows how, as an approver, I can see the full answers submitted by the observer in the observation checklist short answer fields?In the short answer fields the observer can enter in up to 250 characters however when it is submitted to the approver, the approver cannot see the full text, only what fits in the box on the screen and then 3 dots at the end of it, there is no way to scroll across in the field as it is Greyed out with (disabled) at the top alongside the question. however, if we highlight all in the field and paste it elsewhere, we can see the full text, so it does exist. Is this something that has changed in the system or is there a setting that I am missing somewhere?  When the approver enters in a comment when hitting approve, she is copy and pasting in a standard response however the system only displayes the first few words of it. Hello all, my boss asked me to get rid of the cat tail (her exact words were cat butt but writing butt got my post flagged) image in our Task List Widget. I would like to make some of new fields I have added to the external training page mandatory. Is this something I can do?

We are trying to expand our certification program to a level based approach, where a user has to complete level 1 before they can start to engage with level 2 content. Has anyone configured this in Docebo? The only thing I have found is that the course has to exist in the learning path in order to establish a prerequisite.
