I am trying to setup a certification where Course A is completed in Year 1, Course B is completed to recertify 1 year later.  The following year Course A is retaken, the following year Course B and that loop is repeated. I cannot think of a way to set this up in the system.  Does anyone have any ideas or has any one setup something like this?  Any help much appreciated 🤔

Hi all,We’re trying to set up automated reports as part of our onboarding process however are experiencing some issues.  We’ve configured our email domain through Mimecast and added the required SPF, MX, and DKIM DNS records. The DNS configuration test reports: “The Email DNS configuration has been validated successfully.” Despite everything having been set up our end and the background job indicating that each task has been completed, the automated reports generated from our custom-built reports are still not being delivered to the email addresses specified in the report settings. Instead, we keep getting email delivery failures stating that the MX records are invalid.Has anyone encountered this issue before or found a way to troubleshoot it?Many thanks.

Hi all,We deliver a lot of instructor-led training to external customers and partners. Most of the materials we use for those sessions (slide decks, PDFs, lab guides) are proprietary, so we need some control over who can download them.As far as we can tell, there’s currently no way in Docebo to make these files view-only. Once someone has access to a training material, they can download it. Video content can be protected, but other file types can’t. Because of this, we’re keeping a separate repository outside the LMS for our sensitive content. That isn’t ideal, since we’d like instructors and learners to find everything in one place.I’ve submitted an idea for this. In short, it asks for a view-only option for training materials, role-based download permissions (so instructors could still download while learners only view), and ideally some watermarking and reporting on who accessed what. Here’s the link if you’d like to take a look:If you’re dealing with the same problem, an upvote woul

We have a large number of power users and have discovered what we believe to be a significant security issue.Currently, any power user can send an email from the platform that appears to come from any email address within our domain. They can also add any recipient they choose in the CC field. For those of you who also have a large number of power users, how have you addressed this risk?As a precaution, we have disabled the ability to send emails from the platform. Unfortunately, this also means that automated email notifications are no longer being delivered. We would greatly appreciate hearing how others are handling this issue and whether you have implemented any safeguards or alternative solutions.Thank you in advance for your insights!

1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing? There is no easy way to search scheduled reports by email address to identify all reports being sent to that person. Administrators must review individual report schedules to locate the relevant recipient lists. This makes it time-consuming to investigate report emails, update recipients when someone changes roles or leaves the organization, and review who receives reporting data. In a global, multi-branch environment, the number of scheduled reports makes this particularly challenging.2. What outcome are you expecting?I would like to search by  email address and see all scheduled reports that include them as a recipient. The results should display the report name, owner, delivery frequency, next scheduled send, and recipient list, with a direct link to manage the schedule. This would allow administrators to quickly review and update report distribution from one place.3. How will this feature impact your business and/or industry? This f

Hi,we're moving to a new Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant. Since we sign in to Docebo through SSO, there are a few things on your side we'll need your help with. We can't change these from our end.The main reason for this is that we’ve been acquired and we are in the process of consolidating everything. We're planning to switch over around the end of January. Here's what's changing for us:- Our tenant ID is going from [Our current ID] to [New Tenant ID]- We'll have new SSO details: Entity ID/Issuer, login and logout URLs, and signing certificate (new metadata attached, or available at [New Metadata URL])- User emails/UPNs are staying the same, but the underlying Microsoft object IDs will likely change. If you match users on object ID, please let us know.Could you let us know about the following? SSO setup: What's the process for updating our SSO connection with the new details? Can we set up the new one alongside the old one ahead of time, or does it have to be swapped on the day?

I’m just curious if any thought has been given to allowing Power Users to archive enrollments for the new certifications? It seems that they can do everything else if assigned, but this is one that I can’t give them.Use case: I have a handful of trainers who manage safety and equipment certifications: PIT trucks, OSHA, etc. They brought up the question about how to trigger re-training outside of the normal flow. For example if there is an incident that needs to trigger re-training, or if a certification needs to be revoked. I found that with the new certification tool, a SuperAdmin can select the enrollment, choose to Archive it, and choose to “Renew Certification” from the next screen.A related issue to this is that we have certifications tied to ILT courses that our trainers typically manage with little activity from the users. If the users do not click “Renew,” then the ILT course can be taken but the certification will not be renewed. This will mean a fair amount of hands-on interv

Hi Community,I would like to retrieve the file a learner has provided for an assignment with an API.Any pointer on how to do this?

Hello!I’m onboarding and loading SCORM file from a vendor. I received this message while loading a course:Can anyone tell me what the learner experience will be if I use this course anyway? It’s a vendor course, so I can’t edit it. But I’m curious about what the learn might miss out on because of the error. Thanks!

Create an Optional Alternate Homepage in Docebo Learn Introduction If you spotted the seasonal homepage on Docebo University (hello, Spooky Mode 👻) and wondered how we made it optional for learners, this guide walks through the configuration pattern we used. A small profile switch puts the learner in a group, the group sees a targeted menu, and that menu lands them on an alternate homepage. Everyone else keeps the standard experience. The pattern is intentionally reusable, so this guide focuses on platform configuration rather than page design.  How the flow works Four pieces work together, each one triggering the next: Piece What it does Example in this guide 1. User additional field Stores the learner's preference Homepage Experience (Dropdown) 2. Automatic group Collects everyone who chose the alternate experience Users where Homepage Experience equals Alternate Experience 3. Targeted menu Gives that grou

I just saw that the new certifications were combined with learning plans and I’d love to hear from the product manager of either, or both, as to what your intent is here.  This seems like combining oil and water in terms of functionality.  Learning plans are collections of courses that you want the learner to take.  Certifications is an outcome of learning.  Given we have courses and learning plans in the LMS, why combine an outcome with one of the modalities? There are some nice features once you get into the certification but it seems like it’s being set up as an alternate type of learning plan which does not make sense to me.  Is anyone else confused about this new grouping?  Can someone from Docebo product help enlighten me on the thought process and overall strategy?

This was posted on the original PDG site however I wanted to bring it back up here. We recently noticed that the User - Certifications report only works with the new certs. It no longer reports on the legacy certs. Does Docebo have any plans to correct this before the migration next year? We can still get the data via legacy reports however some do not have access to these any longer.

Why is this available for power users who only have permissions to “view” users? How are people hiding this with CSS?

There is a option to add a demo material video under the course properties > catalog options. Does anyone know if this video can be tracked to see how many users have viewed the video?  Here is the setting: Demo materialLearners will be able to preview the course sample material before enrolling in the course from a catalogThank you.

I realize the public beta for agents is ending, but I finally had a chance to test the Reinforcement agent from both the admin preview and as a test user. I wanted to share some feedback and see if others came across similar behaviour. In both cases, the practice session didn't seem to end naturally. At the start of the conversation, it was clear there would 3 activities/questions. I completed all three. I answered the third question partially correct and received some feedback, but then the agent didn’t move the conversation forward.A few hours later, I returned to the conversation and asked if I could practice with two more questions. The agent responded that it had one more follow-up question before we were to finish the session. After I answered that question correctly, it finally confirmed that the session was complete. From a learner perspective, this could be confusing because it wasn't clear earlier whether the activity had finished and not everyone may think to continue interact

I created an OC, and assigned an employee to be observed by their Direct Manager. However, the checklsit does not appear in that Manager’s Checklist page or tab on My Teams. What should I be looking for to correct this?

We are testing out using ILTs to record in-person classes. We’ve created a Manual-recording ILT course. We’d like to allow our trainers to write why someone didn’t appear for class, or why they had to be gone for X hours. Is there a way to do this?Thank you!

There have been multiple posts about this, but no easy answer as far as I can tell.  So please help me understand…Simpl...i want staff to do one e-learning module, and in 2 years be reminded to do a refresher module, but one that is different.  after that I’m happy for them to do the same 2nd module every 2 years indefinitely. How do i do this.

Hello! Odd question, but…What did the Docebo Inspire tickets cost after Super Early Bird Pricing ended on January 31, 2026?I’ve been trying everything to figure it out, no dice :(Thank you in advance!

Hi Search group members! 🔍👋 Search vs. ChatYou might have noticed that we renamed this group and dropped “Harmony”. In context of relaunching Harmony Copilot as the AI assistant we also want to create a clearer distinction between:Search: You enter a search term and get relevant results to find what you're looking for. AI chat: You have a conversation with an AI system to get an answer to a question or prompt. These are two different jobs, and each deserves its own focus. We're already working on a few changes to the Docebo Search that we'll share here in the coming weeks. In addition we would already like to get your perspective on the current search experience in Docebo,  We want your feedbackThis is the perfect time for you to share your feedback and ideas! We would love to understand:What problems do you run into when you search in Docebo? What would help you find things faster and more easily? What would you change about the search bar or the results list? You don't need to propos

I’m keen for an eLearning course to remain visible in its catalogues, but the enrol button to be greyed out so learners can find the course for the time I have the setting applied it is unavailable. Ideally I would like a custom message to be displayed. So the only option I can find that keeps the course visible (not locked and can be opened), but the enrol button is greyed out, is to set the Maximum Course Enrolments to 1, enrol myself, and now it is greyed out but visible. Only problem, is a message in a red box above says “Not available for enrolment, the course is fully booked”.I assume there is no other way to achieve what I am seeking? Would be nice to have an option to make a course unavailable to enrol, but not lock it, not unpublish it, not allow enrolments, ideally a little custom message would be nice too.
