Hello fellow Docebians,

I need help in generating a report with the following specs:

-Branch report

-Users that have completed

-4 specific certifications.

I ran some reports prior to this but I am lost in the step where specifics were chosen.

Thank you

Hi Maggie,

What I’ve used in the past is the Certification - Users report. It lets you filter by things like branch and certification, which can help narrow down the results.

If you're trying to see something like Jerry A completed 2 of 4 certifications or Mary B completed all 4, you can export the report and build a pivot table with the certifications as columns. That gives you a nice view of who has completed which certifications and which ones are still missing.

The downside is that certification reports only show completion data. Since there’s no "in progress" status for certifications, the pivot table only works when there’s data to display. So if someone like Peter C hasn't completed any of the four certifications yet, they likely won't show up in the report at all.

Thank you, Roberto. I forgot about pivot tables.
