I have 2 questions about observation checklist…
1 - I am wondering if anyone knows how, as an approver, I can see the full answers submitted by the observer in the observation checklist short answer fields?
In the short answer fields the observer can enter in up to 250 characters however when it is submitted to the approver, the approver cannot see the full text, only what fits in the box on the screen and then 3 dots at the end of it, there is no way to scroll across in the field as it is Greyed out with (disabled) at the top alongside the question. however, if we highlight all in the field and paste it elsewhere, we can see the full text, so it does exist.
Is this something that has changed in the system or is there a setting that I am missing somewhere?
- When the approver enters in a comment when hitting approve, she is copy and pasting in a standard response however the system only displayes the first few words of it. When we free type it though it displays all. Is there a known issue with using copy and paste in the approvers comment field?
