One of our colleagues from Turkey raised a concern about a platform-internal translation. It came up in the profile widget available for landing pages but might be in place in other parts of the platform too. She has the following concern: “My Profile” is currently translated as "Yeni profil" in Turkish. This actually translates to “New Profile” though. She suggests "Profilim" would actually be the suitable translation. I double checked with a translation tool. Where should I place this?

Hi Community! We are new customers about to go live and we are trying to take advantage of the build in admin dashboard that gives us a high-level overview of the platform and content performance. In the dashboard there is a statistic on number of courses without training materials, but I cannot figure out from course management, reports or insights on how to identify exactly which courses do not have any training materials. Is anyone aware of a report that gives this data or how to set on up?  

Hi Team, The forgot password feature isn’t working in my instance in Docebo. I reached out to support and this is their response…. We are aware of recent platform-wide issues affecting the password reset function, and our development team is currently investigating these matters. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?Currently, we create a course attendee (user) table in excel.  We use an ‘IT Training Signature report’ generated and downloaded via the LMS and the vlook up function (based on the users email address) to populate the information into table columns.    This is a time consuming way to collate data that is available in the LMS.Our Course Attendee Sheet2. Does anyone know why the session time is not available when we extract the reporting? Is there any configuration we need to set? Are there any differences between session time and training material time? We are trying to figure out how long the user spent in a course.

What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*Before the new notifications app, we utilized the Enrollment Digest notification and usually set it to “all courses.” When there is a unique course (annual compliance training), I selected all but one course so users would not get a second email about compliance training. After the daily email was sent, I would simply revert the digest notification to “all courses” with about 1-2 clicks. 2. What outcome are you expecting?*I was expecting the ability to “select all” and deselect just a single course when setting up the trigger in the new app. Instead, I had to select all courses on each page. Once the trigger is set, it is not easily edited. I expected to be able to remove the trigger and revert to “all courses.” The new app does not allow you to remove a trigger. I would have to remove each course that was included in the trigger one-by-one, for about 822 courses! (See screenshot)The workaround is to dup

Background:Articulate RISE has an option for buttons to “Link to a relative URL”. My org has Enterprise solution with “Domain1.site.com” (for customers) and “Domain2.site.com” (for employees). All require login, we don’t use any non-login/external catalogs/courses/pages. I wish to create a single link from the SCORM (to other page/courses in our Docebo LMS) that will pull from the users current domain and reach the page/course for them (avoid absolute URLs). I want employees and customers to both access this link to their version of the destination (same page/course#, different domain). Other threads suggest you can’t do this with HTML, but this SCORM isn’t HTML. Thread below:    Problem:

If we upload a doc in Docebo and get someone to acknowledge it, can we then download the course document and see the acknowledgment at the bottom on the doc?

I have created a report using new reports, and need my report to pull the date the course starts not the date that the course was marked as completed. i have amended the reporting fields and ticked under course field ‘Course Start date’ but nothing is pulling through. we need to know how many colleague completed a course on the start date and not the date it was marked as completed.

Partial rant….I have to believe I am not the only one impacted!We have automation setup to pull daily reports into PowerBI.  Whenever Docebo changes a field name, even the case of a character from upper case to lower case, this causes an error that then requires modification within PowerBI to match the updated field name. Yesterdays output(2/15/2024):  Newest report output (2/16/2024): The change in character case throws the errors.You can see the inconsistency in nomenclature, where the majority have all words upper case, but some have only the first letter of the field:

Hey!Reporting is getting really frustrating. The point of background jobs is to offload the work to the backend so the UI doesn’t get hung up. So why am now I stuck waiting nearly a minute or more in some cases waiting for a modal popup to go away for the report I want to be added to the queue?There’s no indicator of what report ran other than me going to the background job screen once it finally goes away. Even the dialog that says a background job was created doesn't say the name of the report when I tab back after waiting.I have to run several reports in the morning to check progress. Yeah, I could automate, but I have people completing progress all the time (We have people working in all time zones), so it would be out-of-date if I used the one run earlier and I still have to login to the system to get them. It’s still a bit of a faff either way.I wish I could just check all the reports I want and set them to export to CSV.

I need to move a bunch of users to new branch - around 12,000. Understanding that maybe moving that many users at once is a lot to ask, I started testing by filtering and moving fewer at once. But I’ve found if I use the Select All option, regardless of the number of users (the lowest number I tried was 36), I get an error message. I can select several hundred and the move works but I have to go page by page in the User screen and it takes super long. Anyone have another idea? Docebo Support went silent after they told me to not move so many users.

Hello! I recently watched the Creator Tool webinar, and the University lesson. My team and I are very excited about this tool. However, we are curious if an ‘audio only’ option will be available with the AI Video Presenter function. Does this already exist? We cannot seem to find it.  Thanks! 

I have been experiencing a 500 error since yesterday afternoon and the problem still persists this morning. I cannot create new courses (ILT), and I cannot access Classroom Locations.  Is there some type of outage?

I’m new to Docebo and began setting up notifications this week. Hit one snag with the email notifications not coming through but our IT department fixed it by “whitelisting IPs in our anti-spoof ruleset for the email in the ‘From (email)’.”Today I’m running into this issue where the Description text box isn’t appearing in either the Email or Notifications tab. It did eventually pop up by closing out and coming back in. But I’ve been noticing other issues as well, like filling out the body for one (email or notification), going to the other one, going back to the first and the body is gone. Not sure what’s going on with the UI but just wanted to mention it.   

How do you manually trigger a Due Today notification with the new notification updates?

We would like to use channels as our front-end content but they are lacking when it comes to filtering and organization compared to catalogs. Catalogs however cannot house single assets.  2. Hi AllWe have been trying to upload on to Learning hub our businesses new starters and leavers. Normally, when we mass upload, colleagues that have been enrolled manually, are overridden. However, this time we have just received an error report saying they already exist. Has anyone else come across this issue please?

Has anyone else had issues this week with their reports not working? At first, they background task continuously discontinued but the past two days, the reports have come out blank.  This report has been scheduled to generate everyday and had been working for the past 10 or so months.

I see on the feature roadmap it says the next wave of Sandbox updates should’ve happened February 17th. I don’t see any announcement of what’s in your sandbox (looking in the product updates feed & general community board)? Have I missed the announcement?

We have uploaded videos into the Central Repository that only allows learners to move backward and forward only after completing the course. We do not want learners to be able to move the cursor to the end of the video to show it completed.However, I noticed in the new course player, when a user has to retake the course > click Retake the Course it shows the cursor at the end of the video and not at the beginning of the video, which means the user can move the cursor to the beginning or to the end of the video. I would have through when you click Retake the Course it would move the cursor to the beginning of the video and not allow the user to move the cursor to the end of the video for the second retake of this course. Also when I clicked download certificate, it still showed the first time I took the course.
