In building our system we noticed our header logo (the logo you set under Configure Branding and Look > Header) is blurry. It is actually blurry on Docebo University as well. We worked with you guys to fix this and discovered 190 x 35 pixels is a better size than what’s recommended in the software text. What’s recommended is 380 x 73, which comes out blurry.This idea is a recommendation to update that text to say 190 x 35 instead.

We show learning plans and courses in channels. The Courses show Status and the learning plans don’t. Can we have the learning plans show status as well? in this example the first one is the course, the rest are learning plans, some of which are complete and some that aren’t.
We are having an issue with Learning Impacts not syncing all users so they do not get the survey. We would like to manually override the warning message that someone was not enrolled in a course and sync the user. Currently we are going through a process of:Turn off all notifications in the system Make note of which records are not syncing Turn off all enrollment and unenrollment notifications Unenroll users Wait for hours for sync to happen Re-enroll users Turn on all enrollments and unenrollment notifications Check for syncSince this is being done off hours (because of turnining notifications on/off), we would really like to have a manual sync override process.
As part of My Skills, we’re able to limit the websites and content available to team members, but the content giants (i.e. YouTube) has inappropriate content, and we should be able to limit this availability further to certain channels within these content giants. For example, a team member put in the skill they wanted to develop as adult education, and what appeared as content for them from YouTube was a link to a video that was not appropriate for work. We should be able to say, within these content giants, or be specific to the links allowing only company-approved areas, such as TEDTalks and other speakers/authors we wish to promote for our company culture.
Hi Docebo Team!Requesting if the Learner Notification, User has been enrolled in a Learning Path, could have the option of when I can send it after the event. The only choice currently is to send it immediately. When new learners are added to the platform, they receive the User has been created (by administrator), along with the you’re enrolled in a Learning Path. However, I’ve noticed quite often that they’ll receive the learning path notification long before the Welcome to the platform create your account one. Is there a chance that something could be implimented so that they receive the second, Learning Path, email an hour after I sign them up?Thanks so much
Anyone else notice this bug when adding new channel content? The description field keeps unfocusing my cursor when editing and then I can’t type in the description field. I can make edits for 2 seconds and then my cursor goes off the description field.
We are on the cusp of rolling out the Docebo LMS. I cannot find a basic process to send an email to an instructor to let them know they have been designated to teach a class session. I see several notification events, but none seems to be appropriate for this basic task.Why? Since there are several instructors that get rotated into teaching different sessions, if instructor “A” is configured to teach the “Jan 22” session of a class, that instructor needs to receive an email notification so that they can prepare, block their calendar, and do several pre-class administration tasks. Request: How do you notify the instructor via email that they have been designated to teach a class session?

I’m seeing quite a few bugs that I am frankly shocked that Docebo didn’t catch on their own given the size of the org. Various pretty basic UAT issues. Some examples:If you have a video selected for login screen, there is an undesirable forced popup on iphone and ipad and android and any other mobile browsers. How did nobody find this? How was it not fixed before? If you allow self enrollment to branches, it works fine in browsers but is bugged in mobile app. What? Gmail sso in mobile app has been bugged for months with no fix yet Loads of KB articles are out of date and inaccurate Loads of KB have missing or expired videos. Is docebo unaware of dead link scans? I have reported three pages with all videos missing in a two month period. Does nobody maintain this stuff? These are just a few examples of things I was shocked to discover on my own. I know there’s a lot to maintain, but that’s Docebo’s job, not my job. I would like to propose a bug bounty program. Title says it all. We are setting up webinar courses and the session times do not show up to users until AFTER they have enrolled.This means a lot of traffic to us to answer a question that should be answered in the platform.As a result we cannot go live with webinar series until there is a fix.When accessing the list they see the dates - which is OK ...however when selecting a date **NO date or time info is displayed** Crucially this means that the times don’t show, so people don’t know if they can actually make the session.The space is in the interface, but the data is not being offered to the page (it’s not being delivered as opposed to being hidden).Once **enrolled** the information shows up, but that doesn’t help users select a session they can attend!!This looks like a bug rather than a missing feature - any idea on a fix??
Hello Team,I came across certain notifications - to name a few - User has been enrolled In ILT Session ILT Event Starting These notifications surprisingly have shortcodes for including [session_saml_link] but however does not include shortcode for the normal [session_link]Any specific reason for this?
Allow a mechanism for providing feedback on a support case after it’s closed. Have Docebo support teams use that feedback for QA and coaching to support agents. We’re often finding ourselves frustrated with a support interaction, but don’t want to have to involve our CSM on every thing that went wrong unless it’s an majorly impactful situation. Empower your customers to help make service better.
We have a User Field which is used to assign new users to Groups. These Groups are then used to enroll them in the appropriate Learning Plan. It suddenly isn’t working. I’ve uploaded 3 different CSV files for enrollments. The User Field is uploading fine. But they are not being added to the Group.The User Field is a drop down field so that the options are always formatted consistently.I can’t find any reason why this has suddenly stopped working. I have opened a ticket, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?(submitted: Thursday, 5/12/22)
I want to download the ‘States’ additional field values. So I am expecting around 50+ values considering there are abbreviations and full forms as well. And it is really frustrating to see there is no way to download the values. It is a basic feature that should be there in the UI and I hope this could be taken up and added to the roadmap and implemented quickly.
It’d be great to be able to put data into Docebo, Zapier would be ideal. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been integrated so putting it out there to the dev gods.I understand that we can get data from Docebo, but that’s rather limiting with what we’re trying to achieve.We’d like to be able to have our customers sign up on our site and then have that data line up with a membership within Docebo. My question is: will Docebo be planning to integrate with Zapier any time soon? I’m aware of Docebo Connect but can’t really justify paying $5K per connection.
We’ve had a few users who added avatars complain that the way the crop of their avatar after uploading and that the default crop places their face in a strange place in the frame or cuts it off in an undesirable way. It sounds like they’d appreciate the ability to select or adjust the crop at upload time. Obviously a low-priority thing, but certainly a nice-to-have!
We have many instructors teaching the same class, but different sessions. We also provide a survey following a class to collect attendee feedback that can provide valuable insight to the effectiveness of each individual instructor’s delivery. The survey results can help the instructor improve perceived weaknesses (e.g., pace, clarity) while continuing with what they are doing well (positive feedback).Currently the only way I've found to view surveys displays all sessions/all instructors (Course Management, Reports, Training material statistics).Question: How can each instructor get notified (or retrieve) survey responses pertaining only to the class sessions they taught and not show survey responses for other instructor session deliveries?
