When downloading an excel report of a filtered course from the dashboard, the title of the course is not anywhere in the data pull.  If you need to pull one or more filtered classes out for reporting, there’s no way to know which report is which.   Either one of the first columns should contain the name of the course, or the download file should have the name of the course in the file name.xlsxThese are the column headers that are pulled:Username First Name     Last Name     Status     Enrollment Date     Training Material Time     Last Access Date     Completion Date     Score The PDF at least puts the title of the course on the page.    

Could we please get a community group for UK Healthcare? I’m having multiple private message conversations and it would be great to share with everyone at once and attract more UK healthcare orgs that are using Docebo into the conversation. 

Please see what we would like to have in a waiting list function. Session/ date level waiting list is required.  When someone cancels, the next person on the waiting list should get a notification to say that there is place available and they should book it via LMS. (it should not book them directly or automatically). It should also automatically take them off the waiting list when they do book on. We would also like to have a deadline for contacting the waiting list meaning LMS should stop sending emails out to the wating list 14 day in advance. People on the waiting list should automatically get released from that session after the deadline of 14 days or after the session date has passed. Enrolments on a course level are not required but it would be ideal to have another button to ask "are you interested in this course". We can use this list to arrange any new sessions as per requirement. 

On reports-----Branches there are 5 tabs.USERS -ENROLLED-COMPLETED-INPROGRESS-NOT STARTED ENROLLED  is the sum of completed+inprogress+notstarted, but USERS.What does the USERS number refer to ? thank you @lrnlab @Bfarkas 

Hi All,I know we have the ideas section, and occasionally a docebo employee will post a reply, but is there anyway of us seeing a definitive roadmap, or getting an official answer on when things will be updated/rolled out?  I see the release radar posts and am also disappointed about how little is being released, or less important things being release, and the big tickets items never appear.  Specifically i would like to know when/if the following things are being released:*optional learning plan courses*ability to retake same ILT course*ability to retake e-learning course but completion date get updated with new date*Ability to renew a course direct from the course page*ability to book on multiple sessions of same course*ability to click through learning plans in ‘my activities’ to see detail*ability to organise notifications in a better way *ability to notify mangers of a staff member booking on a course*ability

Hello all,I am very frustrated that there is no way to configure the course dashboards on Docebo.  My power users are able to generate reports with the necessary information (names rather than email addresses), however that involves generating CSV/Excel files and then opening and finding the information, which is slow and tedious (especially in 2023).  Moreover, the reports are only generated once a day, and our industry moves very fast (medical device/surgeon training and education); and so we enroll users regularly throughout the day, every day, and the real-time snap shots offered by the dashboards *would* be terrific - if we could customize them.  Our users have email addresses that may or may not have any distinguishing or exacting details, and so username/email is not reliable for tracking user progress on these dashboards.I am further irritated that the great dashboard analytics that Docebo has is locked behind a paywall.  To me, that certainly feels like we are

Hi,We currently have 3 compliance courses that need to be completed within the business. There is no deadline set for these courses but they are mandatory. Is it possible to have a notification created that will be sent to any user who hasnt completed these courses all in one email? I have seen there is an option for outstanding course but it seems to generate a separate email for each course. Ideally I would want any outstanding course (From the 3 compliance courses) to be included on the email and only sent to the users who have any of the 3 courses outstanding. Hope this makes sense!Thanks,

For some reason, I’m unable to get to New Reports using a MS Edge browser. I’m able to do it with Chrome, however for my work needs, I primarily work within MS Edge.I’ve had to navigate to Chrome to work on reports for managers and such, and it’s a pain to have do this. If I export a report, I have to copy the link and paste it in Chrome otherwise I get an error message. I have reset cookies, I have rebooted, I have tried everything that IT within my organization will allow, yet I still get the same error message. Here are screenshots of what I see from MS Edge going to “New Reports”  Clicking any of those gives me the same error.Custom Reports Builder

This group would be used to network, share best-practices, and share workaround solutions during in-person quarterly meetings. We could start with virtual meetings until restrictions are completely lifted, then move to in-person. How would individuals benefit from this group? As wonderful as virtual meetings and emails are, nothing can really replace face-to-face interaction. This would also be a wonderful way to network with other companies who use Docebo within Colorado and to learn from one another. I am creating a test question, and the answer to a question includes a comma (“,”). But no matter how I tried to include that in the answer key, the platform will identify the comma as a separator and separate the answers. This has causing bugs as users’ correct answer can’t match the answer key. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi Docebo! It would be awesome if it was possible to duplicate a certificate and also have certificates translate with user language preferences. 

Can you set up a certification for a course so you can retake it without putting an expiration date?  If I put a 0 for the expiration date, the RENEW NOW button won’t appear for the user in the Certification tab. I have also marked the checkbox next to “Allow users to retake the same course or learning plan to renew their certification.”

Good morning everyone.   I have been talking with a few key people in Docebo and after many conversations it has become clear to me that the Product team is not getting a full picture of what key improvements and features are needed by many of their customers.   I would like to start a Sub group that is made up of a broad range of customers from various markets where we can identify what features and functions we need to have the Docebo team work on.    These can be anything from key functionality to bug fix to filling out partially developed functionality. We would need to come up with a list of things we believe should be worked on and in the order of their importance to the overall platform.  We should put together use cases and benefits.   Once we have this then we should sit down with the development team and explain each one of them and show a fully thought out solution and not just a quick fix. I believe that this will help the Docebo product becom

Hi, i have gone through a process of creating sessions and events via an upload.  I have then created the CSV for Enrolments into those sessions.  Is there any way of marking them as complete (on the correct date of the session/ event) in bulk rather than manually by an event or session at a time?  It is important that the completion date is the correct date.

Is it possible to retrieve from interface which Groups a Learner is part of? I mean not having to browse through all Groups checking if they are or are not there… I see this possibility is quite clear for Branches, as it is also recapped in the “Review” screen while editing a Learner from “Users”, but I could not find an analogous view for Groups.Thanks!

Hello, it would be great to have enhancements to the existing homepage for a more seamless feel - something like this. We’ve received a lot of feedback from our clients lately that the homepage feels “clunky”. This tool is sharepoint for reference. I understand we can utilize this layout via an iframe or HTML, but it would be great if the pages that more functionality/flexibility to be able to do it in the tool vs. a separate site. Just an idea. Thank you!  

In the My Team view, can there be an option/filter to show just your direct line reports, but also to show your direct line reports subordinates? This would remove the need to click into each managers team to see that teams view, and the option to toggle this on and off. We want to be able to do this without the need for branches to be set up.

Just a quick suggestion for @Adam Ballhaussen @erin.brisson and @elliott.vickrey I’m not sure if this is possible with Insided, but it would be great if the site header could be fixed in place so that it stays visible when scrolling down the page. Currently you need to scroll back up the page to create a new post or jump to one of the other items in the header.Docebo Community Header

In building our system we noticed our header logo (the logo you set under Configure Branding and Look > Header) is blurry. It is actually blurry on Docebo University as well. We worked with you guys to fix this and discovered 190 x 35 pixels is a better size than what’s recommended in the software text. What’s recommended is 380 x 73, which comes out blurry.This idea is a recommendation to update that text to say 190 x 35 instead.
