Adjust Header Logo Size Instructions
In building our system we noticed our header logo (the logo you set under Configure Branding and Look > Header) is blurry. It is actually blurry on Docebo University as well. We worked with you guys to fix this and discovered 190 x 35 pixels is a better size than what’s recommended in the software text. What’s recommended is 380 x 73, which comes out blurry.This idea is a recommendation to update that text to say 190 x 35 instead.

Ma IN VIA PREVENTIVA non ha questa informazione, e dunque rischia di fare un lavoro "inutile" perchè poi dovrà iscrivere a nuove sessioni. eLearning Courses Not Working Properly in Docebo
Is anyone else experiencing any issues with their eLearning courses in DoCeBo? As of Monday none of ours allowing users to complete them.We have a ticket active but have not heard an answer back yet, so just wondering if we are isolated on the issue or is there are others impacted.
Learning Plan - Completion Display on Tile in channel
We show learning plans and courses in channels. The Courses show Status and the learning plans don’t. Can we have the learning plans show status as well? in this example the first one is the course, the rest are learning plans, some of which are complete and some that aren’t.
Adding new course to learning plan will show prices for previously purchased subscriptions
Background:A learning plan is attached to a subscription bundle with a set price.Any user who purchased the subscription will have full access to the courses in the learning plan.Some users have the option to purchase individual courses in the same learning plan. Behavior: When adding a new course to the learning plan attached to the subscription, the user who previously purchased the subscription will now see the full price of the learning plan again and will not have access to their courses. Discussion point:We are looking to see if other clients are experiencing this behavior
Manual Learning Impacts Sync
We are having an issue with Learning Impacts not syncing all users so they do not get the survey. We would like to manually override the warning message that someone was not enrolled in a course and sync the user. Currently we are going through a process of:Turn off all notifications in the system Make note of which records are not syncing Turn off all enrollment and unenrollment notifications Unenroll users Wait for hours for sync to happen Re-enroll users Turn on all enrollments and unenrollment notifications Check for syncSince this is being done off hours (because of turnining notifications on/off), we would really like to have a manual sync override process.
My Skills Content Filters in Large Content Providers
As part of My Skills, we’re able to limit the websites and content available to team members, but the content giants (i.e. YouTube) has inappropriate content, and we should be able to limit this availability further to certain channels within these content giants. For example, a team member put in the skill they wanted to develop as adult education, and what appeared as content for them from YouTube was a link to a video that was not appropriate for work. We should be able to say, within these content giants, or be specific to the links allowing only company-approved areas, such as TEDTalks and other speakers/authors we wish to promote for our company culture.
Does anyone know if there is a report to pull deeplinks or URLs from courses?
Hello All,Wanted to ask if anyone knows of a report or way to pull the deeplinks or URLs for each course? We have a couple different use cases that this would help use to deploy...but the largest would be just sharing out curated content lists that are focused by topic or skill area to managers to share during team huddles.Thanks for any guidance,Lauren H.
LN: User has been enrolled in a Learning Path - can we have a delay on sending?
Hi Docebo Team!Requesting if the Learner Notification, User has been enrolled in a Learning Path, could have the option of when I can send it after the event. The only choice currently is to send it immediately. When new learners are added to the platform, they receive the User has been created (by administrator), along with the you’re enrolled in a Learning Path. However, I’ve noticed quite often that they’ll receive the learning path notification long before the Welcome to the platform create your account one. Is there a chance that something could be implimented so that they receive the second, Learning Path, email an hour after I sign them up?Thanks so much
Why is Docebo Support so bad lately? Ticket system not working either
Any time I open a ticket with Docebo lately, none of the ticket# links work. It sends me to help.docebo.com and then says the ticket is no longer active, despite giving me the link and being a new and unresolved ticket!My most recent interaction with Docebo support was horrible. I mean, what kind of half-assed response to an urgent issue is this? That’s all I got “Invalid date bug”. Nothing else to assist. Not too pleased here lately.
Default segment current product conversations and water cooler topics?
While digging through the community looking for some references for a thing I am working on, I started noticing that I mainly look at the main flow of threads on the home page. I might shift between the recent/unanswered, but rarely move to any of the sub areas specifically.The part I noticed is that when trying to poke some conversation more philosophy/usage/thought water cooler chat, these quickly get lost in the stream of help requests, new ideas for improvement, etc.Might be nice if these got their own feed on the main page, or maybe a glimpse in the right rail on the main page or something similar, to keep current active ones from being buried in the others.What do others think?

Branded Mobile App Quirks
We are currently configuring the branded mobile app and the behavior of a few things is strange. In the branded mobile app publisher screens, the IOS tab has two image fields, one for the icon, one for a splash screen. We’ve uploaded images as specified in the KB’s. When the app loads on mobile, it very briefly displays the splash screen as a thumbnail, very very briefly, followed by a solid white screen that hangs for around 15-20 seconds before proceeding to the login. Has anyone else encountered this? Why is the splash screen required to be a square image? Maybe I’m not understanding its use. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Training package for new sales reps in Pharmaceutical field
Hello,I work as Global Training Manger in a pharmaceutical company and I’m preparing a presentation on the different incorporation training plan use from our subsidiaries that, of course differ a lot from one country to another. Could be very good to have an idea about which type of this training is done by the other pharmaceutical companies. If someone would like to send me how long is this type of training and on which topics, I will be glad to share with all the result of this small survey. I think could be useful for all to have a benchmark on this point. Thank you in advance.
Can we please have a more efficient way of organizing and creating notifications. Ideas include:File folders to sort and file standard program announcements, custom client announcements, in-house announcements, etc. Ability to drag and reorder notifications Ability to sort by code Ability to copy notifications. It’s tedious to have to not only copy it over to create a custom notificaiton, but also all the language components as well. Finally, once a notification is clicked on to edit, display the title or code of the said notification somewhere in the pop-up as reference.Thank you.
Articulate Rise xAPI Completion in Docebo
Hello Docebo Community, Anyone uses Articulate Rise to export xAPI content into Docebo and is having issues with completion synching in Docebo? This issue is sporadic for us. Some of our learner’s view is 100% on the content side but its not updated on the platform. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Bug in description field for new channel content
Anyone else notice this bug when adding new channel content? The description field keeps unfocusing my cursor when editing and then I can’t type in the description field. I can make edits for 2 seconds and then my cursor goes off the description field.
How to notify an instructor when they are assigned to teach a new session
We are on the cusp of rolling out the Docebo LMS. I cannot find a basic process to send an email to an instructor to let them know they have been designated to teach a class session. I see several notification events, but none seems to be appropriate for this basic task.Why? Since there are several instructors that get rotated into teaching different sessions, if instructor “A” is configured to teach the “Jan 22” session of a class, that instructor needs to receive an email notification so that they can prepare, block their calendar, and do several pre-class administration tasks. Request: How do you notify the instructor via email that they have been designated to teach a class session?
