External Training - status showing as "Waiting for approval"

Hi, I uploaded a certificate to a learner’s profile but it still shows as “Waiting for approval”, do you know why this appears and how can it be removed?

    Hi, 

    From the admin menu access External Training - you will see the training waiting approval. Select the courses and the action (approve).
