Hi everyone – I’m a brand new Docebo user and really appreciate this community!We’re currently setting up an integration between Docebo and our external site. OAuth2 authentication is working—we’re able to obtain the access token successfully. Now we’re trying to use the Docebo User API to retrieve user information (like user ID, name, and email) using that token, so we can sync the data on our external platform.Here’s a sample OAuth2 token response we’re getting from Docebo:{"access_token":"ACCESS_TOKEN_VALUE_HERE","expires_in":3600,"token_type":"Bearer","scope":"api","refresh_token":"REFRESH_TOKEN_VALUE_HERE"}As you can see, the response doesn’t include any user information (like user ID), so we’re not sure how to proceed with retrieving user details using the access token.Has anyone successfully done this kind of integration? Hi, we’ve recently set up automated calendar invites to go out to people who sign up to courses.However it comes up with a line talking about if it’s a virtual link click here but most of our workshops are face to face and this is causing a lot of confusion with people not turning up as they thought they could join on Teams. I’m not sure how to change this from coming up on the automated invites, any help would be great. I’ve uploaded a photo so you know what I’m talking about.  Thanks 

I have been experiencing a 500 error since yesterday afternoon and the problem still persists this morning. I cannot create new courses (ILT), and I cannot access Classroom Locations.  Is there some type of outage?

I’m new to Docebo and began setting up notifications this week. Hit one snag with the email notifications not coming through but our IT department fixed it by “whitelisting IPs in our anti-spoof ruleset for the email in the ‘From (email)’.”Today I’m running into this issue where the Description text box isn’t appearing in either the Email or Notifications tab. It did eventually pop up by closing out and coming back in. But I’ve been noticing other issues as well, like filling out the body for one (email or notification), going to the other one, going back to the first and the body is gone. Not sure what’s going on with the UI but just wanted to mention it.   

How do you manually trigger a Due Today notification with the new notification updates?

1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*Organizing our content in a logical way in the platform and being met with what feel like half solutions. We would like to use channels as our front-end content but they are lacking when it comes to filtering and organization compared to catalogs. Catalogs however cannot house single assets.  2. What outcome are you expecting?*What outcome are you hoping to achieve by addressing this problem? How would solving this issue improve your experience or processes?We would like to see mirrored functionality between catalogs and channels so that either could be used without sacrificing functionality. I would like the same level of filtering to be made available in each option so that I can have custom fields within a channel as well as categories. I work at Cisco as an administrator for our LMS system Docebo and have been working in LMS for almost three years.I do have a question with the custom reporting feature, I am trying to find a way to pull up a report for our waiting list for one of our courses, however I am not seeing any options to report on thist. I could be missing something so I figured if any of you have had done a report like this or similar? Please let me know. Looking forward to speaking with you all :) 

Hi AllWe have been trying to upload on to Learning hub our businesses new starters and leavers. Normally, when we mass upload, colleagues that have been enrolled manually, are overridden. However, this time we have just received an error report saying they already exist. Has anyone else come across this issue please?

Hello Docebo community,I am seeking insights/assistance to help us automate the synchronization of employee data between Oracle and Docebo LMS. At present, we manually download Excel data from Oracle, filter and correct it for LMS, convert it to CSV, and then upload it to the LMS for synchronization.i am looking for a solution that can streamline this process by automatically pulling employee data from Oracle and syncing it with our LMS system. I am wondering if/how FTP can play to into the automation role and im also looking at WinSCP too just to see what, where and how can this be made possible. Thanking you. 

Has anyone had recent success in removing a name from and assigned Group without losing history on the persons profile or courses?

What’s the quickest way to see the number of overdue courses for a user? I’m not seeing any super straightforward ways in the User Personal Summary (you can’t filter by due date in the courses tab and there’s nothing in the statistics tab related to due dates). Am I missing something? How do you track your user’s overdue courses?

Has anyone else had issues this week with their reports not working? At first, they background task continuously discontinued but the past two days, the reports have come out blank.  This report has been scheduled to generate everyday and had been working for the past 10 or so months.

We’d like to provide some instructions for Users to help them self-register.  Branches appears to be a difficult concept for them to grasp.  Either they do not pick a Branch and it defaults to the first one on the list or they choose an incorrect Branch.  Has anyone found a way to provide instructions on the self-registration page?

HelloWe are having issues with some of our Microsoft eLearning material where we have iframed in from the MS website.  These links have now been removed and instead users are expected to find content via Viva Learning.  We have Viva as an organisation but are unable to replace the iframes within our eLearning as this is not permitted by MS.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Interested in how people are getting around this issue.Many thanksLisa

Hello Decebo Community,  I need your help understandings why one of our users is not able to access the Learning Hub platform.We have checked the user's status, name, email and all other login details and they are correct as per standard. However, user still not able to log in and Error 500 keeps on popping up. Weird thing is the LH platform recognizes her log in, and states last time accessed.What am i missing?  Appreciate your assistance please. Thank you  

 WE are still having an issue with SalesFORCE and Branches with users being moved into the root folder if the branches do not sync.  This has become such a manual process, that seems to be never-ending since we have over 600 users and we have many reorgs, therefore, users are constantly moving, or new hires joining.  Does everyone that has SalesFORCE and the stand-alone app have this same issue??  When you create a users on the stand-alone app and put them in a certain branch, then the CRM teams gives that user SalesFORCE access a week or so later, and they go into Docebo through SF - they end up moving the user out of the branch I created and instead back to the Root folder?We have 2 diff teams that work on this - the CRM team who runs SalesFORCE and our LMS team.  Therefore, this has become such a process (bc we have about 900 users and counting) that are constantly being moved or updated if we are not quick enough to provide the CRM the

Hello!  I have a a request for an annual certification that requires 5 criteria to complete: 2 professional development activities, 2 learning activities and a compliance course.  All 5 “courses” would be external and would require completion certificates.  With the external activity functionality, Im finding that each activity needs to be entered / loaded separately and that once they select the certification from the first external activity they enter / upload, the certification requirement has been met.  Im wondering if there is a way to make 5 external activities fulfill 1 certification.  

Has anyone had any of their groups suddenly change? Several of our groups have had mass deletions of users and it is logged in our audit trail, but the operation was performed by an unknown user. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I see on the feature roadmap it says the next wave of Sandbox updates should’ve happened February 17th. I don’t see any announcement of what’s in your sandbox (looking in the product updates feed & general community board)? Have I missed the announcement?

We have uploaded videos into the Central Repository that only allows learners to move backward and forward only after completing the course. We do not want learners to be able to move the cursor to the end of the video to show it completed.However, I noticed in the new course player, when a user has to retake the course > click Retake the Course it shows the cursor at the end of the video and not at the beginning of the video, which means the user can move the cursor to the beginning or to the end of the video. I would have through when you click Retake the Course it would move the cursor to the beginning of the video and not allow the user to move the cursor to the end of the video for the second retake of this course. Also when I clicked download certificate, it still showed the first time I took the course.  

Hi all!Is it possible to set up a notification after the enrollment in a course? I made three notifications and set them up before enrolling learners. However I needed to add one more notification for the same course and I not sure the learners will receive it if it is set up later.
