2 months ago, one particular Learner was able to access SCORM files without any issues. Today, he can’t get any SCORM files in the same course to open (only video LOs will open). Sometimes it’s opening to a blank white screen, other times the new window doesn’t even open, despite the LO settings being set to “Play In New Window.”I remoted into the Learner’s laptop, made sure that popups & redirects are allowed, as well all cookies being allowed, and I cleared his cache data.When that didn’t work, I logged in as the Learner from my Admin menu. I couldn't get a particularly important SCORM LO to load either, but was able to open a different SCORM LO, so I thought maybe it was a problem with the SCORM file. But then I received confirmation that other Learners are opening it without a problem.I then went to the “Learner View” from my Admin menu to see if it would open. I was able to open all SCORM LOs without a problem.Based on this process, it seems like there’s a problem with this pa
I thought I would make this post because I have noticed that some ideas have had decreasing vote numbers.Now - Everyone is welcome to change their mind on the ideas presented here, of course, but it dawned on me that it might be possible that an idea presented several months ago gets buried and manages to resurface causing a whole new group of people to see it along with those who have not only voted on it but forgotten about it too.I know how that goes. So they look at this idea that they forgot they voted on and say to themselves - “That’s a great idea!” and proceed to vote on it unknowingly removing their previous vote.So before you hit that upvote button check the color of the button.If it is light blue - you have already cast your vote. If it is dark blue - you have not voted on it.
Hello,What is the suggested solution for ILT’s that offer multiple Sessions, not all are required, and a user should not be enrolled in all of them automatically?Example: Planting a Flower ILTSession 1: Potting Supplies Event 1: Tuesday 1pmSession 2: How to pot the Flower Event 1: Wednesday 3pmSession 3: Teaching How to Plant a Flower: Saturday 2pm User wants to enroll in Session 1 & Session 2 but does not want to enroll in session 3. Do I have to create three separate Course ILTS? If I do 1 ILT>1 Session> 3 Events, the user is automatically enrolled in all three. If I do 1 ILT>3 Session with 1 event each, the user can only enroll in one session. What do you do to handle this?Thank you,Courtney

I’m seeing quite a few bugs that I am frankly shocked that Docebo didn’t catch on their own given the size of the org. Various pretty basic UAT issues. Some examples:If you have a video selected for login screen, there is an undesirable forced popup on iphone and ipad and android and any other mobile browsers. How did nobody find this? How was it not fixed before? If you allow self enrollment to branches, it works fine in browsers but is bugged in mobile app. What? Gmail sso in mobile app has been bugged for months with no fix yet Loads of KB articles are out of date and inaccurate Loads of KB have missing or expired videos. Is docebo unaware of dead link scans? I have reported three pages with all videos missing in a two month period. Does nobody maintain this stuff? These are just a few examples of things I was shocked to discover on my own. I know there’s a lot to maintain, but that’s Docebo’s job, not my job. I would like to propose a bug bounty program. I’m trying to preview my training material (HTML pages) and grab the page URLs so I can link to them from the Course Description widget, but the course isn’t live yet--it’s prior to the start date. As a superadmin, I should be able to view the pages (not just edit them), but I think the only option to view them is through the Learner Preview, and in that case I can’t actually click into the pages since the course isn’t live yet. Any advice would be most helpful!
hi everyone!My team just decided to use Docebo for uploading official marketing deliverables related to a product launch.I will need to organize a number of files (ppt and pdf) that commercial field can download and use with customers.Knowing I will be interested in tracking who downloads what what would be the best choice? A catalog? A channel? other ideas?Your input is highly appreciated.Elena.
Title says it all. We are setting up webinar courses and the session times do not show up to users until AFTER they have enrolled.This means a lot of traffic to us to answer a question that should be answered in the platform.As a result we cannot go live with webinar series until there is a fix.When accessing the list they see the dates - which is OK ...however when selecting a date **NO date or time info is displayed** Crucially this means that the times don’t show, so people don’t know if they can actually make the session.The space is in the interface, but the data is not being offered to the page (it’s not being delivered as opposed to being hidden).Once **enrolled** the information shows up, but that doesn’t help users select a session they can attend!!This looks like a bug rather than a missing feature - any idea on a fix??

Hello everyone!I am the Super Admin for an LMS which is under configuration. I am checking to see if anyone currently works with an extended global enterprise system which sells licenses to schools (or something similar)? Here are some questions I have:How have you set up your courses when there are multiple students who are using them from different schools? For example: School A is taking the same course as School B and School A and B are in different countries with different instructors. In a multi-school example, how do you handle your reporting structure? Do you focus on subscription reports (ex: you put together a report and it is sent out every Thursday to the email of the recipient) or are there more permissions you place around your reporting? Does anyone use the learning plan feature as a ‘text book,’ where your courses are really like lessons which make up a ‘textbook,’ for the students enrolled? If so, what does the process around creation, reporting, etc. look like for you
Hi there, Docebo noob here - I am tasked with creating Deeplinks for a course that ideally will automatically enroll providers in the course when they click on said deeplink. Right now while I’m trying to test them, I am getting a 404 error.Are there any special enrollment rules I need to add to the course in order for a Deeplink to enroll a learner in the course? Will sending a link to one of our learners automatically enroll them in the course? Is there anything else about Deeplinking I should know or other helpful resources I can reference?Thanks in advance!!Madison
Hi Dear Community,I want to get some ideas about using the Pages, Catalogs, and Channels within Docebo.Today, A user can't search for a specific page . In addition, when you want to create a "sub-page" to the main page, the "breadcrumbs" don't show the user the correct hierarchy.So when you want to create a page that contains a lot of content (LP/Courses Etc.) and create the best UI/UX for the user - It is hard for the user to locate the page if you don't place the link in the homepage.I added an idea last week (Please vote if you find it relevant) - But if you have a solution that will solve the issue above - it would be much helpful :)Thank you,Ofer
Hello Team,I came across certain notifications - to name a few - User has been enrolled In ILT Session ILT Event Starting These notifications surprisingly have shortcodes for including [session_saml_link] but however does not include shortcode for the normal [session_link]Any specific reason for this?

We’ve been using our LMS for about a year for mandatory and highly suggested training (pushed content). We are now moving to leverage the LMS as an on demand learning tool as well. We are putting together a marketing plan to raise awareness and drive traffic. Has anyone else gone through a similar promotion and found any approach or specific task/event/communication effective in increasing usage?
We noticed that once the learner has started the e-learning, the options are Resume where you left off and Start Learning but when we click on either of those, it goes to the same section. Is it supposed to be different and if they are not, can we remove one?
