Notifications which do not have [session_link] but have [session_saml_link]
Hello Team,I came across certain notifications - to name a few - User has been enrolled In ILT Session ILT Event Starting These notifications surprisingly have shortcodes for including [session_saml_link] but however does not include shortcode for the normal [session_link]Any specific reason for this?
Hi there, I’d like to suggest a Docebo Bootcamp for members, for us to learn more about current features and new releases. The format can be a weeklong one hour live session per day, walking us through things like the new Skills dashboard, and features such as how to make the most of widgets for page creation, design thinking, etc. I think this will be an amazing value add to your product and service, and will help us make the most of the platform. Promoting/marketing a new LMS to the firm
We’ve been using our LMS for about a year for mandatory and highly suggested training (pushed content). We are now moving to leverage the LMS as an on demand learning tool as well. We are putting together a marketing plan to raise awareness and drive traffic. Has anyone else gone through a similar promotion and found any approach or specific task/event/communication effective in increasing usage?
What is the difference between Start Learning and Resume Learning?
We noticed that once the learner has started the e-learning, the options are Resume where you left off and Start Learning but when we click on either of those, it goes to the same section. Is it supposed to be different and if they are not, can we remove one?
Solicit feedback on support cases
Allow a mechanism for providing feedback on a support case after it’s closed. Have Docebo support teams use that feedback for QA and coaching to support agents. We’re often finding ourselves frustrated with a support interaction, but don’t want to have to involve our CSM on every thing that went wrong unless it’s an majorly impactful situation. Empower your customers to help make service better.
Group based on User Field not working
We have a User Field which is used to assign new users to Groups. These Groups are then used to enroll them in the appropriate Learning Plan. It suddenly isn’t working. I’ve uploaded 3 different CSV files for enrollments. The User Field is uploading fine. But they are not being added to the Group.The User Field is a drop down field so that the options are always formatted consistently.I can’t find any reason why this has suddenly stopped working. I have opened a ticket, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?(submitted: Thursday, 5/12/22)
Downloading Additional Field Values
I want to download the ‘States’ additional field values. So I am expecting around 50+ values considering there are abbreviations and full forms as well. And it is really frustrating to see there is no way to download the values. It is a basic feature that should be there in the UI and I hope this could be taken up and added to the roadmap and implemented quickly.
Integrate with Zapier
It’d be great to be able to put data into Docebo, Zapier would be ideal. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been integrated so putting it out there to the dev gods.I understand that we can get data from Docebo, but that’s rather limiting with what we’re trying to achieve.We’d like to be able to have our customers sign up on our site and then have that data line up with a membership within Docebo. My question is: will Docebo be planning to integrate with Zapier any time soon? I’m aware of Docebo Connect but can’t really justify paying $5K per connection.
Avatar crop cannot be adjusted
We’ve had a few users who added avatars complain that the way the crop of their avatar after uploading and that the default crop places their face in a strange place in the frame or cuts it off in an undesirable way. It sounds like they’d appreciate the ability to select or adjust the crop at upload time. Obviously a low-priority thing, but certainly a nice-to-have!
Survey Results by Instructor and Session?
We have many instructors teaching the same class, but different sessions. We also provide a survey following a class to collect attendee feedback that can provide valuable insight to the effectiveness of each individual instructor’s delivery. The survey results can help the instructor improve perceived weaknesses (e.g., pace, clarity) while continuing with what they are doing well (positive feedback).Currently the only way I've found to view surveys displays all sessions/all instructors (Course Management, Reports, Training material statistics).Question: How can each instructor get notified (or retrieve) survey responses pertaining only to the class sessions they taught and not show survey responses for other instructor session deliveries?

Course Accreditation/Partner Recommendations
As an education provider in the Docebo platform, our organization would like to go through the accreditation process so that we can vet the quality of our learning plans/courses that we provide our clients. Does anyone have recommendations for a provider that they’ve worked with in this space? We are currently looking at IACET.
Learning Plan: Enrollment functionality in Catalogs
Is it possible to add, for the Learning Plan, the catalog options, view and enrollment, managed as for courses? Right now a user can enroll in to a Learning Plan and then into a course without any restrictions. Even if the course is under maintenance or the auto-enrollment for the course is not enabled.Thank you,MODO

What would you like to name the group? Extended Enterprise Users - (I need some more coffee before the creative juices for group names starts flowing.) Who would this group be for? Docebo Customers who are using the LMS for external customers, and/or using the Extended Enterprise App How would individuals benefit from this group? Filtering something (page, menu, LP, user, group...) is always lost
Dear all,I think the biggest annoying point in Docebo as an admin is to systematically loose your filterI want to change a page, I enter my filter and go to the page. and when I come back on the page list… the filter is lost Same thing on LP, I filter my LP, I add a course and come back… again the filter is lostUsing the previous page/next page from the browser doesn’t help. I’m always using the top ‘breadcrumb” navigation and/or the “< Back”. And I know this is possible in Docebo because using the course management page works perfectly fine : I never loose my filter here, even if I user the < Back or the breadcrumb navigation.Am I missing something?Thank you
Google Slides Marked as Complete Removes Version Control Power
It would be very helpful if there was a feature enhancement that would enable a Google Drive Google Slide to be not marked as complete until the user actually goes through the deck.The reason is, our organization uses google slides for our training materials and rather than running into version control issues and downloading/uploading pdfs every time there is a small content change, that integration would enable us to have all changes immediately reflected in course.The trouble is of course for important topics like confidentiality, having the activity completed message pop up before they have actually read through anything raises risks that force us to use the slide converter option instead. Thanks!
Joke Idea - Stop allowing us to "spam" the ideas bucket for badges / points
Current State: Hey - I dont mind coming in at the end of the week and getting some points to help knock out older friends like @gstager , @lrnlab , @alekwo out of their position in the leaderboard by walking new ideas and voting them up.I am doing this because I literally dont have the stamina for keeping up with them. But someone else is going to figure out my game? And starting knocking me out as well.Future State: remove the points from Ideas. Dont let us “spam” ideas to get our scores nice and high on the leaderboards.
