Hello, Docebo Community! 😊I am inquiring to see if uploaded images in a test can be clickable by the learner in the LMS as part of the test-taking process. For example, to answer a question, they would click on an image with various fields, such as name, address, date of birth, etc., and select the field on the image as their answer to the question.  I would appreciate any responses that would help confirm whether this functionality exists. Thank you,Marla Beaulieu

Question 1...If I create a Test and have imported the questions from the Question Bank, is there a way to remove all the questions at once without deleting them individually, which can be very time consuming for a large number of questions?Would it be possible to introduce the functionality to remove all of the questions with one or two clicks? Question 2...It is easy to manipulate the Question Bank as it has a search functionality to find the relevant question. There is no search functionality in an individual Test. Can this search functionality be introduced?

We have a particular issue with 1 eLearning course that an external provider has created for us.  It's a simple eLearning course with some videos to watch and some text and graphics on a series of slides. The slides are supposed to complete when the learner scrolls to the bottom of the screen and clicks Next, however when the user gets the the last slide, only the final slide shows as complete.  The course will only show as In Progress in a learner's training record.  The only way round this that I've found is to zoom in and out of each slide - it's like all the content isn't fitting properly onto the screen. This has been tried in Chrome, Edge and Safari browsers on multiple devices, but all with the same outcome. Is there a particular setting in Docebo that would fix this at all?  Or is there something I can suggest to the content creator to amend? Thanks

Archived enrollment data is not transferring when merging users. This was originally posted by JZenker and was closed. The Docebo team stated it may be a bug but no resolution has occurred. We are not able to delete duplicate accounts due to this issue.  

We assign our annual compliance trainings on a quarterly basis throughout the year to make the trainings more digestible for our employees and it would be ideal if I could schedule these mass enrollments ahead of time instead of needing to do them on the first day of the quarter. Perhaps we could update the enrollment rules section to include a ‘enrollment date’ that would push the mass enrollment? I would love to know if there’s a solution to this that already exists, but in general would love to make this less manual in the instance that the learning admin is OOO or otherwise caught up. 

Hello! I’ve been using Docebo for a while, and a lot of it has been learn-as-I-go. I’m now looking to see if there are ways to level up or approach course building differently — especially for more complex training scenarios.My current build is a 2-day training with different outcomes depending on completion:Day 1: Completion grants continuing education credits. Day 2: Is a separate course, and by completing both days, the learner qualifies for a program certification. Ideally, learners complete both days in order and at the same time, but we may need to support make-up sessions (e.g., someone misses Day 1 and wants to take it later).I’m also struggling a bit with the registration workflow. I know I can ask during registration through Enrollment Additional Fields, but I feel like learners don’t always see them. I did see that Eventbrite integration is possible — maybe that could help solve the visibility issue with registration questions or streamline the process? Has anyone used Event

Hi Docebo Community!We have a unique use case where we need our client-side power users to be able to enroll their people to a superadmin-moderated ILT session waitlist, while also limiting their ability to actually enroll the users into the session (thus bypassing the moderated waitlist). When we have the “enroll” permission for ILT Sessions turned on, power users can bypass the waitlist and directly “enroll user in a session” from the standard course enrollment pop-out (manage enrollments → enroll users). However, IF they enroll to the course first, then choose to select a session from the ellipsis menu on the user’s enrollment line, there actually is an option to “enroll to waitlist” that doesn’t exist on the standard enrollment pop-out. We really want to avoid telling our power users “don’t do this even though you can”. Ideally, we would love to have some kind of permissions set that allows them to enroll to the moderated session waitlists while blocking them from fully enrolling u

I am trying to make custom html flip cards for a home page but Docebo keeps kicking out any css code. Is there any way to make flip cards without css or in a way that Docebo supports?

I need to retrieve courses/content from the marketplace event if we need to pass some sort of parameter like categories/creator/publisher. I do do not need the courses added to our platform. is there an api that can call to the public marketplace? or does anyone know a different way to extract the course information?

I discovered that our LMS is not auto reenrolling staff who previously completed the same course for an annual certification.I checked the settings in Certifications and Retraining and cannot find anything that would prevent the reenrollment. Manually archiving and reenrolling 350+ staff in multiple courses is time consuming to say the least. I would appreciate any insight or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.Thank you! 

I am preparing to roll out mandatory compliance training using content from the Marketplace.  It seems that I cannot disable fastforward/skipping through the video.  I’ve looked through the settings and can’t see where I can disable users from skipping through the videos and the content.  Because it’s a SCORM file and from the Marketplace, I can’t make the updates from within the content.  Is there another way I can do this?

We continually have users who move from one branch (a different Business Unit) to another branch.  It is our current process to merge the users account information from the original branch to their new account with the new branch however it has come to our attention that archived enrollments do not merge.  We would like to delete the deactivated account after merging but also can’t lose the archived data which is primarily legal compliance completions.  Does anyone have a best practice they follow for a situation like this?  

Hi everyone,We recently received the security incident notification from Docebo regarding the CRM integration issue (August 13–18, 2025). In the message, it was stated that:“Also, it should be noted that our CRM platform is separate from the Docebo support case management system, which is fully operational and has not been impacted.”At the same time, the notice listed “support ticket content” as potentially exposed to hackers.I’m trying to reconcile these two points: Does this mean only support ticket data on help.docebo.com is safe? Or is there another interpretation of “support ticket content” that I might be missing? Has anyone here gotten additional clarity on this from Docebo? Any insights would be really helpful as I’m trying to gauge was  leaked in this hack. Thanks!

Please make it easy to see which courses are overdue in reporting.Add a column to the course report that has a yes/no to show if the course is overdue for that learner.Use simple and consistent language, Some parts of Docebo say course overdue, some parts say course expiration date. Please use ‘overdue’ as everyone knows what that means.

Recently I have built a catalog of skill sets and skills, which, I like the way it is organized in the platform. One thing I have recently run into is when applying those skills to each course: While I would prefer to incorporate the entire skill set as a skill instead of the individual skill, that’s not currently an option per course. The workaround is to align each individual skill, which would be fine, but I’m running into the 15 skill max issue. Is anyone else running into this as an issue. For our organization, it would enrich the experience to be able to associate all of the available skills for the course and in many cases, I have a list of 20-40 skills depending on the course. I would love to see an expanded capacity and I’m curious if anyone else would benefit from that as well.

Hi Community members! 👋We’d like to share a feature improvement request related to the waitlist functionality, and we’d love to hear if others have experienced similar challenges or have found workarounds. Context:Currently, students are required to make a payment in order to join a course waitlist. This triggers a payment confirmation email, which can be confusing as it gives the impression that the student is fully enrolled — even though they’re only on the waitlist. Proposed Improvement:We propose removing the mandatory payment requirement for joining a waitlist. Instead, students should be able to add themselves to a waitlist without completing any payment. This issue arises for us specifically when the course has an associated cost. Benefits of This Change:Better visibility into demand for fully booked courses Easier to manage late additions after the registration deadline Reduces confusion caused by premature payment confirmations Creates a smoother and clearer registration expe

I would like a way to upload slide decks so they begin as “Fit to Page” instead of begining at full screen. 

I have pushed out an Annual Compliance training and have noticed a typo in one of the training materials (a SCORM file). I would like to be able to update the SCORM without resetting progress of those who have already completed the material. What is the best way to do this?  

Currently, it’s difficult to see what branch a user is in from the user management page. It would be great to have a column that’s visible/optional to see their current branch.Why this is important: I use branches for notifications and enrollments. Sometimes, our users register in a way that takes them to the incorrect branch.My Current Workaround: I manually have to search in each branch or within each user’s info to see their branch info. Or I’ll move multiple people to the correct branch, even though they may already be in the correct one just because I can’t easily get this info. Resulting in a lot of time wasted! I’ve seen in the community that other customers workarounds are to create a custom field to surface the branch. With other customers wanting this, it would be great to see a branch column as an “out of the box” option in user management!

Hi,So this morning we woke up to all our images not loading - it looks like the servers that stored image uploads on our site have changed.Obviously, this is going to be a huge lift for us to remediate (especially since so many of our courses are built in HTML), and we’ve done so much customization on pages, which have necessitated hard-coding our image sources.We’re talking to our Support Advisor - but I wanted to check in on a couple things with the community:1. Are you experiencing the same issue? Did you know this was happening beforehand, aka is there somewhere else specifically that I should be looking/paying attention to? (I check Product Updates religiously every Monday, pay attention to the roadmap, and am subscribed to several conversations in the community - which feels like too much, already, if I’m honest)2. One of our colleagues from Turkey raised a concern about a platform-internal translation. It came up in the profile widget available for landing pages but might be in place in other parts of the platform too. She has the following concern: “My Profile” is currently translated as "Yeni profil" in Turkish. This actually translates to “New Profile” though. She suggests "Profilim" would actually be the suitable translation. I double checked with a translation tool. Where should I place this?

Hi Community! We are new customers about to go live and we are trying to take advantage of the build in admin dashboard that gives us a high-level overview of the platform and content performance. In the dashboard there is a statistic on number of courses without training materials, but I cannot figure out from course management, reports or insights on how to identify exactly which courses do not have any training materials. Is anyone aware of a report that gives this data or how to set on up?

Hi Team, The forgot password feature isn’t working in my instance in Docebo. I reached out to support and this is their response…. We are aware of recent platform-wide issues affecting the password reset function, and our development team is currently investigating these matters.
