Setting Enrollment Rules for promoted leaders

Hello,

I need some knowledge on how to pull users who have been promoted into a leadership role after a particular date. 

I know I need the rule that says: User additional field: Job Level is not equal to STAFF and 

User additional field: NewHireFlag contains 0 

The target is only for current employees promoted to leadership and not new hires.

hard to say without seeing your actual data but am guessing you need a data parameter to create the group? If so you would need a date field where you can capture the date of the change from your HR System. We have one we call, Employment Status Start Date, meant to capture the date the change was made to the profile. With this data, you can use the data field in your group; options being “on or before” or “on or after” a date you can specify.
