Why is CC not available when watching videos in Docebo University? This is an accessibility that I need, and it makes watching the recorded videos incredibly difficult.

If it is available, can you please provide instructions to turn them on within DU?

Hi @shaizlip can you provide some links where you don’t see CC?

All of our videos should have english CC.

Thanks. Can you try again @shaizlip ?

Also, you mentioned videos (plural), have you found any other videos that are lacking captions?

These days, many browsers (such as Chrome) have “live captioning” available which will provide quite decent captioning for you.

In Chrome, click on the 3 dot menu in the upper right corner of your browser. Then click on Settings> Accessibility and make sure that Live Caption is turned on.

The captioning will appear at the bottom of the screen. One of my hearing impaired coworkers reported that this is really useful for her.
