LMS badges- KPI's - what are you measuring with them

Hi All,

We are looking at starting to use the LMS badges with gamification and I was wondering if anybody measures the sucess of using the badges? If so, what metrics are you using and is it working? Are you using them for course completion, visibility(if sharing to social media) motivation etc.
