Docebo Connect to ADP - without ADP API Central

Hi everyone! We are currently trying to set up our Docebo Connect to ADP recipe, however we do not have the API Client ID or Client Secret without incurring additional costs on the ADP side. We were not made aware that these were required prior to purchasing Docebo Connect to ADP, has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? Many thank for any advice or help!

Fixing the Assign Courses Search Function

Has anyone heard anything about an update on making the Search Function for course assignment to a learning plan finally functionable? I've been eagerly awaiting this feature for two years, and with approximately 530 courses, navigating through the list on the daily has become quite… well, irritating.

SSO via API for Extended entreprise

Can we utilize API for Single Sign-On (SSO) for the Extended Enterprise?We are interested in granting access to one of our clients to implement SSO on a other application, and we would prefer to implement SSO through APIs without providing them access to the complete set of APIs.Our client can’t use SAML!Do any individuals encounter these scenarios?

API - How to Set Occupation And Skills For Multiple Users?

Hello Docebo experts :)I am having an issue with using the API to set occupation and skills for multiple users and would really appreciate your help. I don’t understand what the “canonical” variables stand for and where I can obtain them from. Here is my attempt, which sadly resulted in an error. China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL)

We launched Docebo earlier this year, and as part of our package, we added the “China Firewall Solution”. As best I understand it, the CDN’s are located just outside of mainland China, and the solution is provided via network routing.We’ve yet to roll out the platform to the learners and company staff located in China.With the roll out the PIPL in China, I was curious if any other Docebo customers are currently using the China firewall solution, and if so, if they’ve done any research on how deployment of this solution would be impacted by the new privacy laws.Our account manager is checking for any new information internally, but suggested a post in the community to see if anyone else has any intel.

Customizing Course Deadline Colors in Docebo: Color Coding for Nearing and Overdue Courses

Hi Team,Is it possible for someone to assist me guiding changing the colours for course deadlines in Docebo through CSS? I'd like to set a colour coding scheme where courses nearing their deadlines appear in blue, and courses that are overdue display in pink.

SCORM quiz - control how question displayed in report

Wondering if there is a way to control how the questions are shown in the Answers Breakdown report when they come out of a SCORM package? I made sure all the slide titles were labelled with the question thinking that would solve it, but it hasn’t.   Secondary best practice question- are you including a final slide after results to give the system time to mark the course as complete? I have tried adding a trigger for course completion when the “passed” results slide posts, and made the quiz the final trigger to complete the course in the settings in Docebo with no success.  If I leave the course and come back it does mark it complete- but just looking for that pop-up “course complete” that normally occurs.Thank you!!

Notification equivalency classes

Hello all, We have run into a bit of a situation.  We have it where our customers can take the same class either with a live instructor (ILT) or via e-learning at their own pace.  We have a mutual equivalency for classes since they are part of a certification learning plan.  We have discovered that if the users complete the e-learning, the notification for the ILT is sent out even though the notification doesn’t have the e-learning selected as an associated course. Is there a way to only send notifications when the course is actually completed, not by equivalency?  We would like them each to have their own verbiage.e.g.:Want to see a use case covered in the live course you took.  Watch this recording here(link to e-learning). Message popup as soon as a learner completes a course

Dear fellow members of this Community,I was asked to show a message to each users  after a course has been completed .I can configure notifications via email and appearing in the notification panel when a lerarner completes a course, but I didn’t find any way to show something as soon a course is completed.I also made a search in the previous discussion, but didn’t find anything useful.Has anyone of you dealt with such a request? Hide start learning button from renewal courses

hiDoes anyone have any idea if it is possible to hide the Start Learning Now button from a course where there is also a Renew Now button?  We have a new course that people are asked to complete as a renewal course, this in turn updates the certification data. However, if they select Start Learning Now and not the Renew Now option- it will bypass the renewal process? This is therefore causing us lots of work, having to cross-check completion data from the course and expired certification data.

Automatic Reminders for Surveys

Hi,I manage ILT sessions with multiple events.I would like to send a link to the survey upon the end of the LAST event, automatically. And another automatic reminder 1 week later to all users who did not complete the survey.I did not find notifications related to end of last event or end of session. Does anyone have something like this setup and could give me a suggestion how to work it?Thanks,

Disable "Rating" For Assets

Is there a way to disable the rating for assets?  I disabled “Q&A and Comments” but I don’t see how to disable rating.  I have disabled rating in Advanced Settings, but that appears to only apply to courses?  I appreciate any help in hiding or disabling this rating function.  Thanks!!

ILT & MS Teams issue

Hi Everyone, My organization is planning on utilizing Instructor-Led Trainings inside of Docebo. We are integrated with Microsoft Teams. We have made one account inside of Docebo and have had several different people that will be instructors, pair with it. I created a test course, and they were able to join as producer. However, they are not able to “Start” the course. Additionally, I made another test course and now they cannot even join as a producer. It just says “Live Event has not started yet”.  I guess my question is are we each supposed to have our own Teams set up in Docebo with the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Client Secret? Is that why these issues are occuring?  Any help is appreciated.

PDFs being renamed with random characters

Up until recently we have been able to re-version pdfs in the central repository with the similar (if not the same) titles but recently all the new versions have been replacing the titles with random characters and I cannot figure out why. I’ve reported this to Docebo support but not heard back for nearly a month now and I’ve tried everything from renaming the file, going into the pdf properties and changing the document title, and this happens even when I replace the first version.Has anyone been able to figure out why this is happening?Here’s an example below!

CSS to change illustrations new course player

Hi,  We have started to use the new course player and would like to change Docebo’s illustrations inside the course player for when the user is starting a new course, and when the course is completed.  I have managed to remove these two illustrations and add our own illustration to replace these, but I have not found a way to distinguish these two illustrations by CSS. Our solution today changes both these illustrations to the same. Does anyone have an idea on how to distinguish these by CSS in the new course player, so we can have two different illustrations?

Courses/assets marked Outdated

When a Superadmin/PowerUser/User is advised that their course/asset is outdated.  There is no way of clearing this other than updating the links etc. to clear the outdated status. This is frustrating when the asset is new and is not outdated. Could be user error marking it as outdated?More so for courses, where you can’t identify what part of the course they believe is outdated?Especially when the course is current, not outdated.  Is it one item in the course the user believes it out of date?  To remove this status you would need to refresh the links to all the training material?Is there  not a way that the owner can clear this without having to go through the whole course?I know that it is only the owner of the course/asset that sees it marked as outdated but they are still asking the question who, why and how do we clear it?
