Hi all, I’ve got a massive mandatory testing rollout coming up - one of the modules going out is SM&CR and our compliance function have split the module into several different versions, dependent on job role and SM&CR level. Some of these versions are difficult to organise for as they apply to multiple different users with different job titles, branches, departments etc. and the easiest way I could think of organising it all is by setting up a different group for each version (some with quite complicated assignment rules - manual assignment was a no-go, we just have too many people working for our company!) Long story short - is there a easy(ish) way to check:If there are any people in my user list who don’t belong to one of these groups, and If there are any people who appear in more than one of these groups (due to accidental crossover of assignment rules etc.) Thanks as always for any help you can provide :)Rob
I built out a learning plan using content that was pushed into Docebo from Blue Ocean.The problem: Each article is a lesson but the lesson/activity is showing completed before the article is opened. How can I trigger the completion to be after the article is opened?
I am a new superadmin of our training site.I'd like to identify the user who uploaded a course.What's the easiest way to find that information? I was also wondering why it isn't one of the columns in the Course Management area? Or why it isn't in any of the reports? Or am I looking at the wrong places?Thanks!
Hi. I’m hoping for some help with training materials. First, I disabled the internal Next button. Customers were getting confused since the button is visible throughout the course. Most think it’s a button to get to the next slide. If there is a way to have the button appear when the course ends, I’m all ears.I see the option for autoplay in course properties. I can also enable it at the course level for a SCORM file. However, I cannot enable it at the course level for our survey or test, which are housed in CLOR. I have three total training materials and I would like them to follow each other automatically so the learner doesn’t have to hunt for the next step. There must be a way to do this.All suggestions are appreciated.
I am trying to set up the LinkedIn App for Docebo to allow users to log in using their LinkedIn credentials. Has anyone done this? I have two issues:I am getting an error “The redicrect_uri does not match the registered value” error when the user clicks on the LinkedIn button from the login popup. The Docebo documentation says to put the following in the OAuth settings for the Redirect URL: https: // yourplatformurl/lms/index.php which I have done (https://wingsforkids.docebosaas.com/lms/index.php) but that throws the error. The reason I went down this rabbit hole is because I set up the LinkedIn Learning integration with Docebo and I know it’s linked properly and I have successfully imported a couple of test courses and enrolled some users. But when the user starts the course they get a error message: Oops! It’s not you. It’s us. Give it another try, please. Try again Try again doesn’t work. Eventually it throws you into LinkedIn Learning but not the actual course you were trying t
Hi all,We run a number of ILT sessions around technology and I’ve just began to notice that when an notification is sent from Docebo with the [calendar_attachment] it states Who: Unknown Organiser* in the calendar event that is sent.Is there a way I can amend this to state us?I’d love to get it to be an actual invite to the user but I’m aware we need to Docebo Connect for that and we just aren’t quite there yet regarding the business case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was wondering if it was possible to create a link that goes to a specific widget on a page? For example if you are at the top of the page you could click a button and it would take you to the correct section on the page. We have html blocks so in theory I could make a button I’m just not sure how to get the link or if it’s even possible.
Does anyone have experience using the custom domain as the domain that sends emails and notifications from? We are working with Docebo support and they are saying it is not recommended. Seems odd and a bad user experience to not allow that.
I’m making some label updates in the Localization tool and we need to change a specific label across the whole system. I am also tracking all the changes made on spreadsheet and making note of the module and where in the system the change is happening.But I cannot seem to find what the the “getmoreuser” module changes. We are having a strange issue at the moment where some of our sessions are exceeding the max capacity by 1. e.g. if the max number is 16 places, unexpectedly we are getting 17 enrolments. i don’t know if its an issue with waiting lists but we can’t figure out what’s going on.Anyone else experiencing this?
Hey everyone, I have 100’s of course catalogs that are unique to groups and power users. Each catalog also has unique learning plans. Has anyone tied an icon or widget within a page to a specific catalog or have ideas on how to address this issue? Right now they have access to their course catalog, but I was trying to streamline things a little. Thanks, Seth

So we have ILT courses that are tied to continuing education and the number of hours the user attended the course. I see where we can put in the CPE’s for a course but it appears it is an all or nothing sort of proposition. Has anyone figured a way to calculate the CPE’s based on the attendance of the user?
Hi there!My team is working to create new learning programs and we want to enable learners to only consume content that is relevant to their current skill gap.Does anyone know if there are any options within docebo for assigning courses based on the results of an assessment? We are looking to create a test out option and have the results of the assessment dictate the assignment of specific courses rather than a full learning plan (ideally, we’d love to have a custom learning plan created based on the results of an assessment- not sure if this is possible with Docebo functionality?) Any workarounds we could leverage to have a similar outcome to what we are looking for? Thanks in advance!
Hi All, Wondering if anyone has been able to work out if/how you can get the calendar widget to show more than 2 events within the 1 day when looking at a monthly view? When I look at a calendar with more than 2 it has a plus button to see more, however would be interested if there is a way to make this show more (up to say 7)?
