Hi!

I can't figure something out with Skill Management. Does anybody know if it is possible to force assign skills to learners so that they don’t have the popup window to choose skills from? We’d like to be able to disable the suggested jobs list.

Basically, in the usecase I came across, we need to have a very limited set of skills, already assigned to the users, so they can auto-evaluate their skill level only on those skills. When we try, there is always the possibility for users to add random jobs and then it populates with irrelevant skills… I’m not sure that the product allow for this yet. Any ideas?

Agree I do not see any direct way to assign skills however you can control who can see what skills using Groups and/or branches.

If you create small skillsets, you could then assign those to your groups with only the skills you want them to auto evaluate.

Depending on the size of your audiences you may need a lot of groups though is you have a wide variety of skills you need to assign.

Thanks ​@lrnlab ! It seems that the job suggestions is still the main entry point for a learner however, isn't it? We would like to remove this step, but it doesn't look like it’s feasible yet (in the roadmap though, I found out in another thread).
