Hi, We have different types of customers that we need to provision in our Academy. The challenge I’m having is that we use two different fields in our CRM to identify these customers, but I need to use the information in both to segment them into the correct branch.
Product Code is our primary field that I’m using to segment them into the correct branch during our automation each night. 3 of the four branches align with info in this field.
The fourth type of customer is identified in a different field in our CRM called Contact Type.
I’ve created a group for this unique contact type, but is there a way to assign that group to a branch OR use branch code for both of those fields in the automation process?
