HI All,

We are looking at getitng this set up to use Teams for our ILT’s and I have looked through quite a few posts on this topic but they all seem to be from a year ago. 

Ideally we want a generic/service sort of account so we dont have to set up individual instructors with an account. Has anybody done this succesfully and do you have any tips on how to make it work?

We tested with the account we set up and paired, but the user did not get the joining information in their email and the calendar invite was added to some other outlook calendar and not their calendar. Any ideas why this would be happening? 

Also looking for any good tips and tricks in general for either the set up of the account or set up of the ILT to make this process easier

Has anybody also used Webex and does it work better than teams?
