I have found this article however have not experimented so can some expert confirm this steps-

  1. Create or Select a Course for Each Branch:
    • If you don’t already have courses for each branch, create them.

    • Navigate to the course’s "Training Materials" section.
    • Add the quiz you created for that branch.

    • Select "Users" and then "Branches".
    • Assign the courses to the relevant branches.
    • Ensure users in each branch are enrolled in their respective courses.

However I have never used this feature before so need to test once in Sandbox.

Hi @arnab.duttagupta2022, this process should work since, at its core, it relies on completely independent courses being assigned to branches (even though the courses are the same except for the quiz questions)
