Is there a way to chat with all of the learners of a VILT in the MS Teams Chat prior to everyone joining the session? For example, it would be nice to say "Looking forward to seeing everyone in five minutes - please use the link below to join via lighthouse learning and remember to bring your laptop”

I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone, but at least I can see a “Chat with participants” link in the Teams for future meetings. That’s probably what you’re looking for. You just need to click on the meeting in the calendar and you should see this window:
