How can I make the location of a hybrid ILT session on My Learning both a classroom and a meeting link so they have the option of joining in both formats depending on preference? This will be an extremely large event which means we will not be able to get large enough rooms for all to attend in person so we would like to present them with an option and to be able to receive RSVPs to invites in line with these options so we can collect the data on the LMS. Failing that, what do you think the best way to approach this might be?

Hi - You can create two separate sessions in one ILT course so you will have the headcount for your classroom session. Add in your Session Name whether Virtual or In-Person.
Session events can be BOTH in person and virtual. It’s a pretty cool feature

I like to make all events hybrid for backup/flexibility now a days, you never know when someone might be sick or need to shift or something, super useful!
